What a wonderful and pleasant experience. The moment we came into sight, two women welcomed us from their desks, one of whom hopped up to meet us at the counter. They were efficient, so welcoming, and kind in a way that it just made our day. For a minute, I thought I was a billionaire customer at a bank not some random guy submiting some government paperwork. Thank you for the kind and caring service.

The employees were patient, welcoming, and friendly. I was literally in and out in 5 minutes. I spent more time looking for parking than I did actually getting my records. The parking is terrible unless you can find a meter nearby.

I was very confused about the process of ordering a new birth certificate - so I ended up calling! Spoke with Keisha, and she was SO helpful in answering all my questions. Was able to look up my process, and re-issue a new certificate, while also telling me where I could go locally. Very patient, and helpful!!!!

Wow! Super impressed with this location. I put three hours in the parking meter because any other time I’m at a government facility, it’s pretty crazy how long it takes !! I needed to get my daughter‘s birth certificate and I was in and out in 25 minutes or less . Very polite workers speedy and to the point!

They were very cool and you know they didn't try to give you any problems you know when you walk through the metal detector you know you have to know empty out your pockets and everything but otherwise it wasn't no problem and I think once I was finished they told me to have a nice day tell me what door to go out of and that was it

I didn't even know this location existed. I went in the afternoon, it was only four people there. I was only there for 10 minutes. I was in and out! The employee was very nice.

Super fast & efficient. Stopped in on my lunch break and was back to work with 15 mins to spare. Employees were fantastic.

They explained exactly what to do to get your birth certificate. Just Google vital statistics and they will guide you. Save yourself the trip.
