We continue to be wow-ed by Hubbard Park Place and the staff that works for Wood Companies. When we did our tour of the available apartments at Hubbard Park Place we were blown away by the space, finishes, and style of the options. They offer the best apartments in Columbus that is located just steps from High Street and all it has to offer. The Wood Company staff (Brittany and Taylor) made our move so easy and the welcomed us so warmly. They are always there to answer questions and help. Both of them truly go above and beyond to ensure that you have a great experience. We are so happy that we moved here!

I have lived in two different Wood Companies apartments. They are always very professional and polite. Maintenance Requests are always dealt with promptly without fuss. The new resident website and portal is very easy to navigate for payments and maintenance. Move-in and Check-out has always gone smoothly! The rent is reasonable relative to other properties in the area. I needed to extend my lease a week or two at the end based on my moving situation and they were very flexible with me. Highly recommend!

I cannot emphasize in words how amazing it is to live at the Hubbard park place. From management to the actual building. Taylor/Brittany are the best people I’ve dealt with in a rental management/property: they’re empathetic, caring and responsive to tenant’s needs. Woods Companies are really the best.

Building itself is extremely well maintained, best appliances, quiet and especially love my kitchen. Can cook million dishes in a 6 range gas stove.

Glad I made the move to live here and not leaving anytime soon. Highly recommend this property to anyone

I was continuously impressed throughout my time living at 9 Buttles. The entire Wood Companies team was responsive, timely and always went above and beyond to ensure their tenants were taken care of. Kathie specifically worked with us through some unusual timing issues with regards to move in and move out and she made the entire process extremely smooth. I would also like to add that the apartments themselves are GORGEOUS and extremely well taken care of (and in the heart of the Short North!). I 10/10 would recommend looking here for a place to live.

After living in other communities around Columbus, my husband and I are truly blown away by The Wood Companies. We lived in their Dennison property and fell in love everyday with our apartment. It is beautiful and incredibly well built.

With any concern from a light being out above the stove to needing a tutorial on how to use their fancy fireplaces, the maintenance team was always quick, efficient, and kind. They truly make their residents their top priority.

We truly felt cared for by all staff. Kathie, The Wood Companies Director of Property Management is a joy. She is always just one call away and has helped us feel as comfortable as possible. My husband and I wish there was a 6-star rating, as that seems more fitting for a company like The Wood Companies.

We moved to a Wood Companies property after selling our home as we transition to another market. Taylor Miller is exceptional, and the entire team have been incredibly professional and responsive. The penthouse we are renting feels very residential with high-end appliances, beautiful lighting. great views of the city, high-quality finishes and a beautiful community space. I also can't say enough about Marshall – he goes out of his way to ensure the space is beautifully maintained and his kindness makes my day.

I lived with The Wood Companies for four years and can't say enough positive things about them. Their team is professional, accommodating, responsive, and goes above and beyond to make their residents happy. I lived in two of their newer properties and can say that the quality of finishes and materials is hard to find elsewhere. Definitely recommend living with The Wood Companies.

My experience living at Hubbard Park Place has been top notch. The management has been nothing but welcoming and went out of their way to help me. The property is very well kept, well built and gorgeous, I look forward to coming home to it every night. There really is no comparable property company in Columbus and I wouldn't think of renting with anyone else. 10/10, would rent again.

I have been a resident for two months now and have experienced nothing but professionalism! Their staff members are kind and considerate, always promptly assisting me with whatever issues I encounter, and our apartment is amazing! Nothing beats living in the Short North! While The Wood Co's rent Short North apartments, we've been renting for our business for 8 years. Their prices are super reasonable, especially when compared to co-working spaces.And their response time to any minor issues that have come up is equal to that of Spiderman (meaning they take care of stuff right away!) They're a really great company with really attentive folks.

You want to live in a Wood Co property! We scoured the downtown, short north and surrounding areas; Wood Co is by far the best. Beautiful suites with amazing amenities, such a good value compared to other big names, plus the best locations. Management is amazing, true concierge service that is hard to find these days. I would highly recommend to everyone.
