Equitas Health Short North Pharmacy

Like my review of the clinic this is a RAVE! I didn’t know places like this still existed in this train wreck of health care with which we are forced to deal. I resigned myself to indifference and incompetence and greed. This wonderful place has real people working hard there who care and who try hard, with smiles and wonderful attitudes. They go so far above and beyond what I had resigned myself to accept as normal. I’ve left awestruck multiple times. They try so hard with such compassion and dedication. I don’t know what else to say to or about them besides “thank you.” Thank you for being you and being there and making real differences in my life because of what you do and how you do it. Thank you so much. I am grateful.

The help I received here was top notch. My doctor is very friendly and made me feel very welcome.

I am currently transitioning and it took me six months to find someone to treat me. This place is amazing! Mimi Rivard, Brittany and the entirety of the staff are all awesome. They actually care about their patients. I love these people!

I love everything about this place. Tara is my primary physician and I couldn't ask for a better experience as far as a doctor. I feel loved and accepted at Equitas, and the pharmacy is no acception. They always make verbal contact with you when you walk up if they can't get to you right away, and are always very quick. That's important to me. Equitas Health has saved my life and I'll be forever grateful to this establishment

I have been a patient at Equitas Health since they opened in 2012, or at least that's when I started, they actually called me as I had moved back home to Columbus and was looking for a Primary care physician. I started out with Karen Spring, and moved to Tara when Karen left. I currently see Mimi, and I must say, this has been and is the best experience I've had with healthcare! These people care and are very in tuned with MY healthcare needs, from my primary care to the pharmacy, I wouldn't trust my care to ANYONE else! I always say, "they're stuck with me!" I can always get in touch with someone and leave feeling confident that my healthcare needs have been fully addressed and met! I love this place!

Hands down best pharmacy in Columbus! The staff here are always willing to take time to answer your questions or try and find the best prices for your meds. They also have better prices than comparable pharmacies. If you identify as LGBTQ, they have some of the most knowledgeable and affirming staff. They also offer delivery monthly, so you don't have to pick up your meds. Parking is almost always open, but there is street parking close by if not.

A great place to go for medical and pharmacy needs. Pharmacy is on site so makes picking up your scripts so easy. The staff is great, and it is a super LGBTQ friendly place.
