Our insurance took us to this shop. Although we did not use their services, they still treated my college-aged daughter with care and respect and were very easy to deal with on the phone. I would absolutely go there for work.

Everything went smooth from start to finish. Thought it was going to be a pain to deal with insurance and it all went so smooth. Staff is very nice and did a great job of keeping me updated throughout the week as progress was made on parts for my car. Highly recommend!!!

I got into a car accident recently and dreaded the process of finding a reliable body shop. My insurance company recommended them and after reading their reviews I decided to use them! They were AMAZING! They towed my car from my residence and took it to the shop while I was out! I got text alerts and phone calls from their team during the entire process! They communicate so well and they got my car repaired 5 days early!

I don’t recommend getting into a car accident to see these guys but if you do unfortunately find yourself in this situation look no further!

My vehicle was sent here from my insurance and they completed exceeded my expectations. Hannah was extremely kind and communicated all updates to me in a timely manner. My car looks great and they were very professional and worked as quickly as possible to complete the work. I would recommend them to anyone needing a body shop.

CARSTAR was extremely helpful when my vehicle was broken into. They were able to get me in, originally within a week, and then when a space opened up earlier they called me immediately and offered it to me. They worked on several claims of mine at once and only had the vehicle for a week and a half, and were communicative the whole time. They were very positive, polite, and their work with my insurance company made my life so much easier. Thank you CARSTAR!

Awesome experience all around. Front receptionist is very friendly. Grace (estimator) is extremely knowledgable about repairs and explains all aspects of the process. Repair personnel (body shop, mechanics, etc.) are professional and do excellent work. I am very impressed with the attention to detail and will return to CarStar (E. 5th Ave) if ever needed in the future.

Constant communication, quick turn around, and excellent repairs. My 2014 looks showroom floor new. Would highly recommend for any body work, they discovered recalls to unrelated issues for my vehicle, go above and beyond.

Staff was always very pleasant and welcoming. With as much damage that occurred to my car they got it done very quickly and made sure that it was perfect.

In terms of service, these guys are tremendous. I’ve had four services in 6 years they’ve always been excellent. It took little longer this time but that ain’t their fault, parts arrived late. But the level of service they’ve given me is A1. In fact, I send my friends there always.

Great staff ..very thorough and they communicate with the insurance company and unlike most body / car repair shops they actually know what they’re talking about.
