Allan did an amazing job helping with the leaky sink as well as went out of his way to fix our door handle even though it wasn’t reported. Great work and definitely deserves 5 stars for the maintenance.

Allen was great! He repaired my wall and handrail very quickly and did a great job. The rail was barely anchored to the wall and he added extra anchors. He was kind to my pets and even vacuumed the debris after. Very pleased!

We had called after hours for an issue with our heat. Pat came in a very timely manner to address and fix this. He was extremely friendly and courteous. I appreciate Pat for his help especially with the temperature starting to drop. Thank you Pat!!

I am a current resident at East Village and am very much enjoying my time here! So far in my experience all the staff, especially Megan, have been very kind and helpful with all of my issues over the phone! As well as this, I recently had to have my shower repaired as the heating wasn't working properly, and Pat came over quite quickly, was very kind, and was also able to help me out! Thank you very much to both of you!

The property group has been great and really responsive. We asked for a few things to be looked at after moving in and Pat with maintenance was really quick to come by. We have 2 golden retrievers who were excited to see someone new and Pat was calm and kind to them the whole time which made us feel so much more comfortable! It's always stressful to have new people come into our home when we are out but I am happy that they have him on the team for any possible issues that may come up during our time here so that he can make the repairs as painless as possible.

I’ve been with peak property for about 6 months now. Recently we had an issue with our heat and Pat from the maintenance crew came out. He was efficient, bubbly and kind the whole time he was here.

I had the pleasure of working with Peak Property Group during the tail-end of "moving season". At a time when most properties were already taken, they immediately contacted me when a listing I had shown interest in became available. Despite some unforeseen issues with the property (which were due to the house owner and not the management), they acted swiftly to rectify them. It's worth noting that while reaching them can be a challenge during moving season, they do make it a point to return your call at their earliest, especially if you're already working with a specific property manager. Their commitment to ensuring tenant satisfaction is commendable. They started managing a few properties in my area and have made significant upgrades to all of them.

I must specially mention my property manager, Anne Rogers, for her unparalleled dedication. Anne has consistently showcased understanding and has been a pillar of support during some of my trying times. She goes above and beyond in her role, always ensuring concerns are addressed promptly. My gratitude towards her is immense, and I genuinely believe that while there are other contributing factors, she is the main reason for my positive experience with Peak Property Group.

peak is super prompt about any concerns with leasing and maintenance! i have submitted a few maintenance requests and called peak a couple times in the 2 months i have lived in a peak property, and i am always met with a quick response! pat is super nice and fixed our maintenance issue whilst also telling us how to prevent it from happening again in a prompt and friendly manner! he also arrived less than an hour after my original call to peak!

Pat is the only reason I am leaving a 5 star review. He’s the only one that has went the extra mile to try and help us with our heating system.

Alan did a great job fixing the issues that had occurred with the house we are renting! He showed up in a timely manner and fixed things quickly as well.

I just moved back to Columbus a few months ago and I'd like to say that I have been so happy with my experience as a tenant with Peak Property, especially with the help of Madison Liston! She has gone above and beyond every time I've needed help or have had an issue with anything. A huge thank you to her for being outstanding, accomidating, and helpful to any situation. Truly the best!

5 stars only for Shane in maintenance!!!! After months of waiting and being told parts for my windows to properly open were discontinued Shane was able to finally come out and fix my windows for me. I did not appreciate being told they parts were no longer being made and then all of a sudden he was able to find the correct parts and fix my windows for me.

I had another work order in to fix a part of my dryer for over a month. After a few frustrating emails Shane was able to come out, look at the part, order it, and replace it in a timely manner! I wish everyone with this company worked and communicated as well as Shane!!!

Pat from maintenance went above and beyond when he came to fix the shower lever of our bathroom. It is the most prompt and friendliest service I've received from Peak Property. I'm very satisfied as are my roommates!

The maintenance department has been so wonderful. They are always prompt and so helpful. They are true high point to Peak! Pat just came by did an excellent job!

Pat did a great job fixing our dishwasher and telling us how to prevent the same issue in the future. We greatly appreciate him!
