My experience has been almost stress free. I hit a deer with my van on a Thursday night. Dave Coeur gave me a call before noon on Friday to walk me through the claims process. By Monday afternoon an adjuster had looked at my van. Unfortunately, my van was totaled, but Dave followed through on everything he said he would. I am happy so far with the service I have been provided with.

I had gotten hit from someone that had this insurance and it was so hard getting ahold of someone to get answers until Tammy called me. She always emailed me back within like a day and kept me updated and was kind even tho I was very persistent and had so much going on. The person who hit me never opened a claim or answered the phone but she got everything I needed still. She was always kind and took her time to explain what I needed to do next and remind you this isn’t even my own insurance and she was still very helpful. My bank even sent back the check she sent and she sent it back out the same day. I’m very thankful for Tammy

I would like the sincerely thank you first off for being so incredible and understanding. I filled a claim online (super easy process) on a Saturday, and by the following Monday they had already made contact with me and started helping me with getting my car fix after another driver hit into me. Tammy Austin has been such an amazing help! Tammy always has responded with kindness, and respect. Ive had a few questions along the way, and without hesitation I would email Tammy because I knew that she would get back to me in a timely fashion. I cannot thank them enough for everything they have done. If I had to rate this experience from 1 to 10 I would easily give them 10/10. This is by far the best insurance company I have ever worked with.

Germantown Mutual handled our severe hail claim quickly and fairly. they sent out Bill Marske from Associated Claims and he immediately wrote a detailed estimate that allowed us to properly replace and repair the damages to 6 buildings. 5 star service deserves notice. thank you!

I initially filed a claim with GMIC this past April for wind damage done to my home roof. The claim was finally settled as a total loss on November 17th 2022. The problem wasn't GMIC dragging their feet the problem was trying to find a roofing contractor that could do the job. Everyone was booked months out. At any rate, my GMIC adjuster (Jack P.) worked with me and the roofing company every step of the way to get the job done without any glitches. Overall, I couldn't be more satisfied with how things turned out. Thanks much!

I had a recent accident where my car was totaled. It was not my fault. This was also my first accident in almost 50 years of driving. Russ Molitor was assigned to my case. He helped me right off by having me send the claim to Germantown instead of waiting for the other insurance to resolve the issue. I initially heard from the insurance of the other driver and was told that they would get back to me but they never did. Because Russ recommended this and then followed through several times, I was able to get the funds from Germantown and get going in a new vehicle. Russ also helped me get into a rental vehicle during the interim. Germantown also will work with the other insurance so I don’t have to deal with that ether. I was very happy with the service all around. Impressive company!

Germantown mutual insurance has been awesome since I’ve been with them!! Not only were they the lowest rate, I had to file a claim and it went sooo smoothly. You always hear about insurance nightmares, but my experience was the opposite. They got my car into the shop right away, and into a rental car the second I dropped my keys off. I even got picked up and dropped off at the rental car place. Every time I’ve called the customer service has been awesome. So kind and helpful. Thanks germantown!!!!

Germantown Mutual has done above expectation with the two claims I filed with them. They were better than their word to me, and better than other insurance companies on the amount they paid for the damage to my house and for replacing my vehicle. They also listened and responded as often as I needed through the whole process of filing the claims. I appreciate how easy it was to work with them.
