My parent's car was taken in for accident repairs and they were delighted by the customer service received. The staff was polite and accommodating and the quality of work completed was exceptional! This location went above and beyond and would recommend to anyone in need of body repair work!

They did great work and had my car back in two weeks. When I got it back it was clean inside and out. Highly recommend them!

Highly recommend Caliber Collision especially this location. My experience from the time I dropped my truck off for bumper repair from a minor accident until the afternoon I picked it up was fantastic, communicated with me at least three separate times during the process, from just updates, to a hold up for wrong bumpers , to putting it through a thorough inspection before they called me to pickup! Communication is the key ina customer oriented business and the great folks at this Caliber Collision location have it mastered !!

I was super stressed when my car got hit and I wanted to go to a trusted company. That's why I went to Caliber, and it was nice to have a company finally see things from my point of view. They kept me updated with everything that was going on, including the reasons for any delays. But in the end Dustin was fantastic and knowledgably and got me back on the road in a timely manner. thank you so much Caliber!!

This group does great work and I appreciate the way they got my truck fixed! I did have to call in for updates at times, but they always returned my call promptly or got the tech to speak with me in that moment.

I was updated via text for the entire process. I called to ask a question and spoke with the actual person working on my car. No complaints!

They did a great job and Norman, the manager, fought with the other party's insurance carrier to get the right and appropriate parts. Highly Recomend!

Just a great experience from beginning to end! The car looks fabulous, wouldn't even know the accident happened. Looks brand new and they even cleaned the inside for me! I was shocked, what a great crew!!

I really love the fact that if your vehicle doesn’t look right to the tech that did the work it’s not coming out until it looks like it just came off the showroom floor i highly recommend them for all of your auto body repairs

I had my car side sweeper and both my doors on the right side were pushed in. I didn’t feel safe driving it so caliber collision towed my car to the facility. When my car arrived they went over the damages and explained the process and all that great stuff. There never was a moment where I felt lost or confused, they explained everything thoroughly. The customer service is amazing and they always called to update me on the status of my car. They told me my car would be ready on Friday and that’s when I picked up and when I got my car, I barely recognized it. It was perfect, it looked better than it did when I bought it. The inside was even better. It was cleaned thoroughly and smelled like a brand new car. For a second I thought they gave me a new car. My car does not look like it was hit at all. I’m so grateful for caliber collision, I had an amazing experience and the customer service was also amazing. God forbid that I ever get into a car accident but if I do, this Is where my car will be. Thank you guys so much.

I was very pleased with the work and attention to detail. I felt very confident that Caliber would ensure my car was back to perfect condition with all sensors and electrical parts back up and running after my accident. Due to staffing issues, the repairs to longer than expected but I am pleased with the results. I would go there again.

Great shop with an amazing Team! I was constantly updated, repair was completed prior to the estimated date and my vehicle looks brand new!

They were awesome and helpful. Jon was very informative and explained everything they had my car towed to a sister location to get it done faster which I must say I do apperciate . While there Neil kept me up to date and my car was finished ahead of schedule. Will recommand this place. They do only work through insurance though. Still if you do go through insurance this place is highly recommended. Also shout to the young lady at the front desk I believe her name is Amber at the Lincoln location. Sorry if that is not your name she was also very nice .

Caliber Collision’s attention to detail, friendly customer, service, and body repair/paint execution on my vehicle was the best I’ve ever received. The technologies they utilized to keep me updated on my vehicle’s repair, status and the continual process throughout along with phone calls, by far superseded my expectations.

Calliber was great! Our car was well repaired. And their shop was within walking distance. They took care of EVERYTHING!
