Franklin Manor Apartments

I LOVE it here! Its quiet everyone keeps to themselfs. NO bugs! the apartment is nice and clean! The hallway is clean . Staff is amazing ! The leasing agents were so nice to me and my son they played blocks with him and put on a show for him while i signed my papers. And explained everything about my lease where i understood it . Just had to call maintenance they were so kind! And very helpful! Solved my problem and came fast . There's little play areas out side for kids and you even get a newsletter at your door . absolutely a nice place!

Office is great management is on top of everything m if you're a clean person and respectful no problems!

Good management .yard and lawn kept up entrance was kept up friendly people good place to live .

I've lived here for 4 yrs now don't have any issues with bugs etc staff is nice..they just Remodeled all the apartments they added a dishwasher knew everything. I like it have no plans in moving anytime soon

Is there a possibility of -1Million Stars. If you are paying CASH Rent without any gov assistance do not rent from here. RUN and RUN fast. Issues are never addressed. Delinquent Miss Behaved Kids Run Wild with NO Adult Supervision. Drug Deals right in front of your doors. Have to work in Morn and need sleep, you can forget about it. Kids are not made to use playground all over. Don't even get me started on the mindset of the Adults. You will not be able to use your patio's because not private and neighbors have no consideration for others. RUN, don't even waste your time. Loud Blasting Music will shake your house as Cars park on grass and sit. Non smoking property but yet stinks riddled of weed. Willie Nelson and Snoop Dog will be your new neighbors. Not worth the headache or spending your hard earned money here. RUN!!!!!!!!

How bout call off the dogs in the tow truck that was towing everyone car during the holidays when nobody was in the way an plenty of parking was left towing should be for when a car ain't moved or is broke down an in the way but his growing everyone is to much an ur lease app list is to long nobody should have a 3 year waiting list for a lease it should be for at come first serve dont take app if u ain't got nothing

This deserves no stars. Lived since 2016 and moved out in 2020. The reason why I lived there cause it was close to family and friends. The owners before was great and friendly I loved them. The new owners are rude with an ugly attitude. They never answer phones, hallways was always a mess, people was smoking in hallways and it will smell. My neighbors was loud banging on walls and just blasting music. I don’t recommend. They do a poor job at management this apartment company.
