I recently had the pleasure of working with Patrick as a first time homebuyer. From start to finish he made the entire process as easy and painless as possible. If I had any questions or concerns he was quick to respond and always had an answer. He’s very knowledgeable about real estate and you can tell he’s passionate about it. Patrick really cared about helping my family find our perfect home and I’m grateful I got the chance to work with him.

Patrick is an awesome realtor and all-around cool guy. He’s super professional and although he’s personally quite laid-back, he’s aggressive about selling. It’s a great mix! I'm a disabled veteran, and as such have very specific needs in a home. During a really powerful seller's market, Patrick did an amazing job finding a home for me and my family that fit all of our needs and then some, while staying within our means. I cannot recommend him strongly enough.

Best guy to work with, very quick with getting back to you and getting us in to see houses. Very knowledgeable he knows a lot about housing from the construction side what will need updating, potential problems with foundation, water shed, roof, widows, siding, electrical, and plumbing. As well as the market side and knowing when and what to put in a offer. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a house or selling one.

We bought our first home with patrick just by calling the number on the sign in the yard of a house we loved. Scheduling a viewing for the next day and put an offer in right there. We plan to move in the next few years and will be going thru patrick again to sell and buy this time. Every so often I send patrick a listing Im interested in, I always hear back in a reasonable time and he answers all my questions.

We worked with Patrick Johnson who patiently helped us find the perfect home by working with us and our picky ways. We appreciate his work so much and are very grateful we met him. We would go through Patrick again and again!

So i don't often write reviews, but when I do, it's usually when I have a really really good experience, or when things turned into a dumpster fire. My experience with Patrick was unreal(in a good way). A little background. I am a landlord with hunger for more homes. I had previously been working with another realtor, but kept finding that i was missing out on homes over either a few hundred dollars, or because the contract terms which were recommended to me(bare minimum EMD, Excellerator clause, offering a figure that wasn't competitive, etc), and just wasn't getting the sellers to bite on my offers. I had worked with her for the past 4 investment purchases, so I was a little reluctant to change. I reached out to Patrick on a whim to see what he had to say. Pat has a small child, a busy schedule, and yet still found the time to chat with me for what was literally a couple hours one evening. That's unheard of in the realtor world when the market is hot since it's often times too busy for them to take that kind of time. Pat will make the time for you. In today's market, when it comes to investments, you need to see the house and put an offer in the day it comes on market if you want that home. Each home i found, Pat was there at whatever time i could manage to run through it with me. What i love about Pat, is that he is insightful on home purchases. He isnt a yesman. If he sees something in a home that he doesnt like, he will point it out. I do all of my own repairs on my rentals, so I am pretty knowledgeable myself, so to hear Pat make suggestions and comments regarding things like cracks in basement walls, downspouts not being correct, etc, it confirmed to me that he knows what he's doing. On our second home we went through, we both knew it was going to go fast. Pat gave his suggestions to the offer, I agreed. Bam. I had a house that evening.

Long story short, and I could keep going, if you want somebody who makes the time to do things right, go with Pat. He's not a divorced mom who picked up her real estate license over the weekend and looking to make a little money on the side. This is Pat's passion and you can tell. You can bet he will be my real estate agent year after year with each home I buy.

This bearded beauty was able to get us way more than anticipated for the sale of our home when my wife and I needed to sell FAST in order to close the deal on the purchase of our new home. Literally listed Friday morning with an offer over asking before Saturday sundown. I think I can speak for him when I say all he wants for his birthday is listing. #listwithpat

Patrick took care of all our needs, issues, concerns - you name it. He really helped put us at ease when things seemed to start going sideways and reassured us he had it under control.
