Never had a primary care doctor due to good health since I had moved to Columbus. Every time I've ever had any issues come up, I needed it taken care of right away. Getting an appointment same day as a new patient seemed nearly impossible until I found Dr. C. Always available same day appointments and has taken care of me 3 times now (with very little wait time as well). Very grateful for this place!

I have been coming here since I moved to Columbus 33 years ago. I have always received top notch care by the awesome staff. Thank you to Dr Clemency and Shelly, shout out to Tina.

They were very nice and attentive with me from the moment i walked in to the moment i went home.

Didn't know the answers to some questions that I had, but they were extremely fast!

Dr Karen Clemency is unprofessional and rude as hell. I kept going because I’m looking for a better provider Dr Megan and the other nurse practitioner I forgot her name are amazing though.

This establishment is closed. I work in the same building in a different suite and their clients come in all the time asking where they went. The place looks abandoned and completely empty. Do not come here for appointments, drug screens, physicals, etc. To my knowledge they were evicted sometime early 2021.

I am not surprised that they have closed. I worked there briefly and it was a terrible experience. Coworkers were catty and childish and unprofessional. Shelly was a terrible trainer and manager and the way they treated patients was terrible. That is not why I got into healthcare.
At a much better place now, have learned so much with the nurses and doctors I now work with it’s a much better work environment.

I called on Monday morning for Walk-In, office stuff suggests me to come before 5PM. I asked for Dr Clemency. She said -yeah she will be here upto 5 pm. I went there @4.30 PM and receptionist told me Dr already left @ 4PM.
I am really very unsatisfied. Even on the very next day, I went there again and Dr send one new nurse to see me instead of herself. This is not good!!

We both took the day off work to come in office . Showed up at 2:50 pm and they close at 6 pm. They are toooo busy and can’t see anymore patients . After being told 30 minutes prior to come in and be seen ........ very unprofessional staff when asked if they could see one more patient by the rude receptionist.... I’ve never in my life seen anything of this sort

I got here at 7:45 am, they don't open till 8am. I'm only here for a drug screen. First in line and im still waiting. Now I'm going to be late to work at 9am. This is the worst clinic. Absolutely do not recommend. Can you rate less than one star?!

Horrible experience. My sixteen year waited until she couldn't hold it anymore for a drug test. When we talked to the nurse she said nothing could be done and there where three people ahead of her. The second she went to the bathroom she said sorry only two, and then immediately called one of them. We ended up having to sit there another hour waiting for her to have to pee again.

Dr Clemency used to be a great doctor but now with the change of some staff there is no use on going. Last two times I have not even seen Dr Clemency. I saw a large blond hair girl that wont listen and has twice now put me in a bad position. Once leaving me frantic that I would not have my life saving meds in time. Had to get a friends doctor friend to help me and get me back on blood thinners. This could have killed me. No joke. This last experience has now taken a month to resolve and still not right. A month of phone calls and they still wont send the correct perscription as was instructed by my insurance and astrazenaca but they refuse to cooporate and simply do the correct thing. Instead they have been very rude and have also lied to me saying it is illegal for my dr to call in a script. For freakin nexium. Doctors are supposed to help people not make there lives worse. Funny thing is one of my best friend used to work with her for years and always spoke highly. When did she stop cari g. Who knows. But this doctor office is a joke. Just a turn around place to drug checks now.

This place is horrible!! I take people there to be seen. They have called my boss numerous times trying to tell them I haven't brought my people in. They are to be seen every 6 months. They called and said it had been well over. Thank goodness we document, they were put in their place. They are a fraud!
