Hometeam Properties

Hometeam properties are great property managers and it's clear they care about their tenants. Their leasing office is clean, efficient and they are happy to help. They are attentive, responsive and kind! I would recommend their properties to anyone who is looking for a safe, clean and affordable home in the Columbus area.

Mike has been a consistently wonderful and dependable person. We have had a multitude of varying issues with our apartment and he has been the one to answer a majority of our stress-filled calls with a calm and reassuring demeanor. Despite his busy schedule, he makes sure to address your issue promptly and is thorough in his work. Not to mention his positive and amiable personality. We appreciate you Mike! Your hard work does not go unnoticed.

I have been browsing this area for a while not seeming to get much help in finding what I need, but happened to finally get some help from Alyx. I felt it was necessary to leave a review as it was the best guidance I’ve ever had from a leasing agent. She left a big impression on me with her positive attitude and utmost determination in providing me what I was seeking. She went out of the way to specifically make me feel comfortable and cater to my desires in finding somewhere and some place that feels like home. Whoever works as management in this place needs to give this fine lady some recognition for her eagerness in this field and helping people that are interested. I have decided to stay somewhere else but ONLY due to job relocation or else I would have stayed here! Thank you very much Alyx and would definitely recommend her for your future searching!

Hometeam Properties apartments are great place to live in. The leasing, rent and maintenance department people, all are always nice and helpful. I had wonderful experience staying at their apartment. I highly recommend their apartments if you are looking for greenery, clean, well equipped, safe, and affordable apartments. This rating is for Evan. If we could pick more stars he would get a 10/5 stars. He is the greatest person to ever exist. He has solved so many of our problems at the house and is just the best person to be around while he's here. He explains everything in an easy way so we know what's going on, comes the day after we put a request in, is great to talk to while he's working, and is just the most kind and genuine person ever. Our house loves when he comes because we know he's gonna solve any problem there is and be a great presence while he's here. We are so grateful for Evan and everything he does for us. He is the only reason this house it still standing. He puts so much time and energy into his work, and it doesn't go unnoticed. The only thing we will miss about Hometeam is Evan. He is quite literally the all-around best person there is and one of a kind. It takes a special person to be as nice and awesome as he is while also being as skilled at his job as he is.

I had a great experience working with Alyx while searching for a place in the area. She was very helpful throughout the process and was able to answer any questions I had about the different properties and even more knowledgeable about the local communities. I did end up deciding on a different location that was better suited for my needs, however Alyx Went above and beyond so I wanted to stop and share my experience with her for anyone else looking at your properties.

India was absolutely amazing she helped me find a place quickly, easily and helped make sure I was able to move in before my prior lease ended! She's beyond personable and sweet!

Mike was an absolute Godsend. Not only did he fix my oven light and my oven, he also took time to look at any other issues in the apartment. He also made sure my emergency plumbing situation was taken care of. Mike is an amazing worker!

Their staff are really helpful. I have been with Hometeam for almost three years now and have never been disappointed. This year, I transferred to another unit, and the process was quite smooth. There was no need to rent a place to store my stuff during the transfer, as they allowed us to stay until the new move-in date. Thank you so much, especially to Malcolm.

Mike did a great job responding to my maintenance request in under 24 hours. Hometeam has also given me the opportunity to sign a short term upon requesting. Very happy with my stay so far and would rent from Hometeam again.

This review is a shout-out for the exceptional service Alex S. provided me when I needed to find an apt. for my daughter. Alex helped me find apts to view, videotaped them and sent them to me as I was unable to be there in person. He was a great help through the application process and we’re happy that we now have a place. Thank you, Alex.

Jeremiah did a great job!! He came to our house promptly to clean our sump pump. After he made it a point to ask me if I was satisfied with his work. We had issues with a non-pleasant smell coming from our pump is that was the preface of our work order! Thank you Jeremiah, you are doing great!

This rating is solely for Alex. She has been amazing through this process. She answered any questions that I had , and loved how they was able to work with me on the deposit… thank you so much Alex!!

Review specifically for maintenance: I had Jeremiah respond to a maintenance request and he was GREAT! Not only did he fix our dishwasher, he answered all my questions, offered to help get some old washer/dryers out of our basement (that have been there for years), and he went above and beyond to troubleshoot a water pressure issue with me, fixing it completely! Highly recommend Jeremiah all things maintenance.

I wish I could give her 10 ⭐ Kalise, she was a wonderful girl, since we walked in she was helping us and explaining us everything about the units and how the leasing works! even with the simple questions she was ready for us! Very sweet and knowledgeable girl. I can’t find the right words to express her how thankful we are!!

Hi, I just wanted to leave a review and let everyone know that maintenance here and the management are really nice people. I had an incident today and didn’t know what to do and called their office and they helped me right away and was at where I was within minutes and didn’t have to do what they did and they really went out of their way to help, it’s a great management and maintenance was amazing
