I personally have always had a great experience. Staff goes above and beyond to get your prescription filled. I do believe you get as good as you give and they have proven me 💯right in their effort to give great service. I have seen people come in with delusional requests and seen them do their best to satisfy them in some way. Bravo 👏 to most of the staff your are Rock Stars.

Recently became a regular customer and patient of Equitas Health. Fantastic place 3 blocks from home and they offered free delivery. Was happy to see all the general merchandise and gift shoppe bits and bobs. Thank You all for the warm welcome to a Dynamic Organization.

The pharmacists and staff are always super helpful and pleasant. I never have to worry about them not filling my prescriptions on time. I also never have to worry about being misgendered or deadnamed there, which, as a trans person trying to access healthcare, is huge.

I've been going here for years, mostly because I get most of my medical care through equitas. They're always friendly and helpful, plus they've never made a mistake with my medications or given me any difficulties while trying to pick anything up- something I can't say about other pharmacies I've gone through, especially with my hormone therapy

Pharmacists were fast, courteous and friendly. My prescription was ready within 30 minutes from it being called in by my doctor.

Absolute gem! They treat you as if you are their only concern. Top of the line customer service from Phil, Emma, Maria, Franny and all the other fine folks we've met so far.

They are conveniently located and always, always welcoming. We transferred our medical and pharmacy records from our wonderful former providers. What a positive having the pharmacy and the clinic housed in the same building.

The "extra" is the pharmacy store! So many varieties of "for your health and home" products right at our fingertips. They even stock cute little cheer-me-up novelties for every age.

Equitas King-Lincoln is really a one stop shop and rivals any hospital gift store. What a much-needed and appreciated addition to Olde Towne East. Do yourself a favor and stop in to look around--and meet the staff. You will not regret it.

This pharmacy team is the best. With my husbands monthly prescriptions over the years we have went to several pharmacies and this group by far exceeds any other. The shop also have cute last minute gift items that have come in handy.

Truly a wonderful experience. Kind hearted medical professionals who are dedicated to serving the community, regardless of income. This is what medical care should be.

The employees are very efficient. They are expert at what they do and take we their jobs seriously. The store is well organized but limited. They have a section that all the products cost one dollar. This saved me a lot of money over time. I feel safe getting the right meds there at the correct dosages. That is all you ask of a pharmacy and I trust them.

Wonderful Place! The pharmacists are fabulous. Very fast, courteous, and always remember my name. They even text me at refill time so I don't have to worry about remembering to reorder or about running out.

Their service is very good. Respect to their patients is the best. And cost of their drugs comparably cheaper

Most caring pharmacist , pharmacist-intern, I have ever met. I highly recommend this pharmacy. Definitely my favorite now.

This new location is very convenient and is much easier to get to in terms of traffic than the Short North location. The parking is much nicer too.

Love this whole set up with the pharmacy and health clinic all in one spot. Also the people who work in both are always so great.
