Great place to work....love the produce bins

Good riddance. Was great early on. I was a customer from week 2 in Columbus. They changed my delivery day a few times, then stuck me with the last day of the week. Suddenly, I start getting old produce that is expiring or already expired. Often products I ordered ran out of stock. I complained multiple times about my delivery day and they said it would change again soon. Never did. Fast forward to covid, turned out to be handy during covid. I was so frustrated I had almost cancelled their service just prior to covid. I stayed with them after to get the occasional order because they had products I liked that I couldn’t get anywhere else. They floated a different delivery day for a fee. Said I would be happy to pay the fee. Suddenly, they start adding all kinds of fees. The already most expensive groceries in town got too expensive for people and they committed suicide. In the end, they stuck it to us again by first not telling us they were going out of business or altering their website to show product out of stock. A $130 order would end up being a $60 order because everything was out of stock. I planned entire meals based on what would be delivered and shopped elsewhere to buy the items that GBD did not offer only to find that half my order wouldn’t show. I could have bought that stuff at the other store had they told me! They had a final sale so I stocked up on items like meat. Suddenly, most of my order gets deleted. And I get charged a delivery fee when I had more than enough to get the cheapest (free?) delivery.
