Excellent work done on my home! I was thoroughly impressed with the professionalism from the supervisor and technician. I had the pleasure of meeting Kirsten whom was very attentive and courteous and got me set up with the appointment. I'd recommend this business! Quick service!
Can't say the same about the other lady I spoke to from the call center. BUT everyone else was absolutely wonderful!

Tyler and Monty did a great job on our water heater! The calls, communication, and customer service were spot on. These guys were fast, efficient and got in and out with an appropriate and new water heater for us in 48 hours. They helped us save money on our costs and find affordable options, and were early showing up for all scheduled times which helped make the work go easier and faster. Would highly recommend!

The gentleman (can't remember name) was very knowledgeable and nice. He got the job done. The only bad thing was we had received a letter about the merger with a coupons, could not use the one that would've saved us some more money because it was for new customers not existing customers. All is all good!!! Would more than likely recommend again. Good work.

We had an emergency situation and needed a water heater installed. Of course, there was a snow storm. ARS was able to get us scheduled within a few hours. The estimator showed up earlier than expected, was very professional and is a licensed plumber. He was able to schedule the installation on the spot. The installation team was very friendly, knowledgeable and SPEEDY! Highly recommend. We had a great experience.

I had a water service line leak. Called ARS on a holiday and though it took a couple of days to get someone out to me they were very communicative (I needed a specialist, otherwise they would've had someone out to me the first day I called). John was very knowledgeable and professional, walked me through all my options and let me know what he thought best. No pressure whatsoever on his part, as to my final decision. His crew came out two days later. Emmett and Tommy were fast and efficient, getting it done sooner than I thought (even though John had said they'd get it done in a day, I was still surprised). Emmett even wished me a good day at work, since I left before they were finished, which I thought was very friendly. Overall I was impressed and appreciated the open communication throughout our transaction. 10/10 would call again!

Received awesome service from technician James Lewis! He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. James came in after I received a quote from a previous company and provided an honest and fair estimate of what was needed and what was not needed. I could not be more grateful with Rescue Rooter. The professionalism presented by this young man and his work ethic is so very much appreciated. I already forgot his name but please let this young man know how much you appreciate his work ethic because we will never go anywhere else with our plumbing needs. We can’t thank you enough!!! Yesterday I called the company and Andy and came to my house 1 hour after my call. Give me a discount and send the next day early in the day Tayler and Monty to fix my water heater. They were very quick and friendly. The part I love the best of them is how quick the company is on doing services and providing quotes. Thank you so much ! I hope I don't need you guys any time soon. But if I do this is the company I will call.

Had a great experience with RESCUE ROOTER OF COLUMBUS. Our technician Trayvon Bristol was very knowledgeable and completed the job very well. He took the time to explain the job and even cleaned up the area once he was finished. We will recommend rescue rooter again!

Daniel and Greg did an amazing job unclogging the main and cleaning up the backed up sewer line. Truly they turned our frowns upside down with their clear communication and competency.
I was working from home and they were totally professional, efficient and mindful of my space as they worked.

Daniel was amazing! We had a clogged main drain and he worked for almost 4 hours clearing tree roots and other debris. He was courteous and respectful, explained everything he was doing and why, and even cleaned up the area where the drain overflowed (yuck). I highly recommend this company and Daniel for any of your plumbing needs!!

I contacted RR early on a Monday morning. They responded quickly and Cody was out by noon to clear my main drain line. He worked on a tough clog for a bit and eventually got it all cleared. What a relief! I can’t say enough about the job Cody did to get us back up and running. I would definitely recommend RR to others.

For the problems i was experiencing. I called three other Businesses. Two told me they will be in contact with me when someone is available. And one stated that they may not be able to service the problem today all together. Yet one call into rescue rooter. Not only did they have a tech there within the hour. But when Levi came he harbors knowledge about his skill. And effectively multi tasked as he kept us informed on the progress and how understood our unique situation as having an elder in the home.

We needed to replace our 15-year-old hot water tank and was shopping rates for the best deal. However, when ARS Rep. John Milburn came to our home to give us an estimate his friendly, kind demeanor immediately want us over and we stopped shopping and decided to purchase a hot water tank through ARS Rescue Rooter. He was extremely knowledgeable and was able to get a service within the same day. We also mentioned building a new home, and he shared with us his experience with investigating downspouts with new builds. He offered to come and check them out before we closed on our new property to ensure they were installed correctly and sure enough upon his investigation they were not. He saved us nearly $8,500 in potential repair costs and we are forever grateful!! Thanks John for being such a caring person, we appreciate you!

The rescue rooter technician was excellent! He went above and beyond to help us fix our problem. I highly recommend this company. This is the third plumbing company I've had out here, and from now on I am always going to call rescue rooter! They are the best!
