I’ve had past experience with State Farm and have always appreciated the relationships they maintain with their customers. I more recently had a policy with a prior insurance carrier for over two years and on only one occasion, via email was I successful in getting ahold of my agent directly on an inquiry. I was thrilled when I had the opportunity to work with Jenn on a quote and discovered that returning to State Farm for my homeowners and auto insurance would not only save me a solid chunk of money, but does so while offering better dwelling coverage and deductible logic than what I had before!! Double bonus that I’ve regained a great customer service experience and one specifically provided by these stellar ladies! Jenn was so informative and patient throughout the process and Marjorie is such an energetic and engaging agent! Very appreciative of the supportive and welcoming tone they establish from the start, which you can really feel simply by viewing their website!

Marjorie and her team have been a great resource for years! With seven people in our household, keeping track of our policies is a task, so it's great to be able to get a quote, change, or just answer with a quick phone call. Not only that, but they are always looking out for us. Just a few days ago, while making some changes to one policy, I asked Judy about whether (non collision) damage to a different vehicle was covered at all. I wasn't hopeful, but a few hours later, Judy called me with lots more info (and good news) about my concern. Instead of just moving on to the next customer, Judy had taken the time to research my issue and get a complete answer that could save me $$. That's great service!

Friendly, Answers the phone when I call, and timely.

Got me a much better policy for my car insurance than what I was able to find elsewhere. My wife is not yet a permanent resident, and I was having trouble finding coverage. Luckily, they could help me and got me a good policy and affordable premium.

Marjorie has always done a great job for us and this past incident involved a windshield replacement. Judy at Marjorie's office went out of her way to get our claim processed as quickly as possible. She did the leg work for competitive quotes and see gave me all the information I needed to make follow up calls to the State Farm Glass people if I had any questions which I did. Marjorie's whole team is fabulous. The claim was filed, processed and the funds from State Farm were in our account all within 3 days. Very pleased!
