Graeter's Ice Cream

So, I called to reserve a black raspberry chip icecream cake and the employee said they would reserve one for me for the next day. Well, when I went to pick it up, there was a mixup and they did not have the cake. They crew could have just said, “Sorry and have a nice day,” but they did not. They called the other area stores to see if they had one. When they discovered there were none in the Dayton area, they called the West Chester store and they had ONE left. The manager of the Beavercreek location said that he would drive to West Chester and pickup the cake and bring it back on dry ice. I was blown away by how they responded and acted rapidly to make sure I had that specific cake for my wife’s birthday dinner. So to the crew working on Tuesday, May 21st, thank you! You all are top notch and I appreciate it.

This is one of my favorite places! I love the double scoop mocha chip ice cream (see pic), which has some big pieces of chocolate chips in it. Everything I've tried has been very good. Recommended!

What an adorable ice cream spot!! The ice cream flavors are familiar, but taste even better than you’d expect! They even have some unique flavors that are amazing. There’s lots of seating inside. You can also buy little local treats that you can look at while going up to pay. The staff members are kind and helpful - especially with indecisive people like me! You can get little samples which was awesome. They have a drive-thru service at this location. There’s a little drinking fountain inside the store, too!

Lovely little ice cream spot. I enjoyed a sundae with topping and delicious thick whipped cream and a cherry on top. The girl who helped me was an absolute sweetheart also. Would definitely come back

The only thing I would recommend is bringing your Hot Honey Crunch back permanently! It is the best! I wish it was sold in a gallon size or even in a pint if nothing else! Looking forward to seeing if it comes back! Yum!

Busy on Valentine's Day but had sufficient staff to handle the workload cheerfully and efficiently. Atmosphere is soda-shop lively and noisy at times but not to the point of irritation. Drive thru if you prefer.

This ice cream is the epitome of what ice cream should be. It’s absolutely amazing. The Beavercreek store has the most energetic & happy staff. You can tell they’re treated well by the management. The management is so interactive with the customers & I’m always happy to see them! Sidenote… their T-shirts are incredibly comfortable & soft.

The Black Raspberry Chocolate Chip is my go to and it never disappoints. My husband switched it up and tried Chocolate Coconut Almond Chocolate Chip and enjoyed it. His normal go to is the Bourbon Butter Pecan.

Graeter's never disappoints! A legend here in Cincinnati, there's nobody that can compare with their first rate offerings. Try it, I bet you'll agree.

We enjoyed Turtle Ice Cream Sunday with Coffee as base ice cream and Dark Chocolate Brownie Ice cream Sunday . As always Graeter's have special Cream tastes . Fully Enjoyed.

Great Dayton area creamery. Excellent unique flavors without leaning ridiculous. Since they don't offer Rum Raisin, try the Browned Butter Bourbon Pecan. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Their scoop size leaves a little to be desired, but who needs that much ice crams anyway? One thing I enjoyed seeing was their focus on branding. So much Graeter's gear for sale. Lip balm, carry out bags, clothing, kitchen tools, chocolate coins, etc. Smart move!

Great place and amazing workers and service. Everyone was so kind. The ice cream was delicious and it was a great place to go with my band buddies to hang out after a performance.

Splendidly delicious ice cream, and to my young boys delight, they offer dairy free sorbet. Staff was great, tables were clean, couldn’t ask for better service. The location can get a bit loud and may be difficult for those with sound limitations. Outside seating is available for such an occasion.

Fantastic ice cream! Super helpful staff! I live a very long way away in Texas and only come to Ohio to visit family but I make it a point to come to Graeter's several times every visit. If you are in town you should absolutely come here!! Black Raspberry Chocolate Chip is 110% the way to go!! Hands down, my favorite ice cream flavor at my favorite ice cream shop!!!🥰

Graeter's always has a delicious, unique selection of ice creams available. I can't recommend a milkshake or the dark chocolate brownie ice cream enough. They also offer cones, sorbets, sundaes and chocolates to take home. The staff is friendly and fast. There's plenty of indoor and outdoor seating.

After a day with our kids at a local museum, we knew that we wanted to get something sweet. Naturally we choose Graeter's. This location at this time (about 2) was dead but the staff was friendly. The place was clean and the I've cream was awesome!

Store looked clean. Staff was friendly and efficient. I was able to redeem my free birthday sundae without any hassle. Ice cream is absolutely delicious! Store also has prepacked pints to take home, as well as boxed candies and some branded non-food merchandise. There's a back patio where patrons can eat outside, but we did not visit there this trip.

Graeter's is great classic ice cream parlor...one of my all time favorites.
