Target

It’s the best Target I’ve ever been to. I’ve visited them all over the country and this one is always the best experience. Others may have larger variety of options but this one is always clean always organized even during the most chaotic times. The people who work here are always kind and helpful. I hope my fellow neighbors can continue to treat them with kindness. I’ve never had an issue here. Also the sales are always great. I’d come here before an amazing purchase. Great store.

Strangely laid out store that seems to actually have one of most (but not every) thing.

I needed a windproof coat and an extra bag to take some souveneirs home and was happy to find both!

Easy to get in and out...

We went out to the Target store to have our SIMs cards put in our phones, and at the Beavercreek Ohio store , on Fairfield Road you have a young man working in the department with the phones and his name tag said DJ. He is quite a wonderful employee you have there, be sure and hang on to him at any cost! He's professional he's polite he's knowledgeable and is a hard worker, you don't find workers like that too many places! So kudos to you target for having an employee like DJ

Great store - easy to find items - well laid out

I love this Target. It’s always clean and I feel safe. I am sad they took the snack cafe away, but Starbucks is in there.

Clean well lit store. Shelves were well stocked. Full service store with grocery department including frozen food, produce and meat. Wide aisles make for easy shopping. Checkout was fast, several registers open and self checkout. Also a Starbucks on premises.

I came in for a return without the receipt. The employee helped me pulled up the app and was able to get full refund without any issues. Great customer service, clean store.

Love the toy section! Thats where I find and buy all my collectables!

Most people who left comments about all the mess and restocking supplies....I wonder if anyone can give target employees that can be hired! Unless you're in there ON THE SCHEDULE and actually dealing with restocking and clearing....then scanning and updating systems....

The employees they've had are doing what they can and order accordingly. Expect since shipping had also been an issue.
Ahem, humans deliver these items by truck by the way....that most don't even need lol

I've never had a bad experience at Target, I love that they have a little of everything. Yesterday I went in to purchase the Oculus system. The gentleman working in the electronics dept was very helpful and explain how it works, the difference in prices and why. He asked if he could help this elderly lady real quick( I think he was helping her before me but she came to find him again for something else lol),I said sure and waited patiently. He checked me out and said I hope you son enjoys his birthday gift.

Customer service was great this evening (although my target visits usually don't involve bad service). Employee was extremely friendly and had perfect manners. Even my 12 year old commented on how nice he was on the way to the car. We haven't gone to many stores recently under the circumstances so it was nice to have someone put a smile on your face just because of their customer service....and even under a mask. ;)

They have a large selection of swimsuits for women. They have a Starbucks. Nice clean store. When you do self checkout and clothes have RF tag don’t forget to have employees remove. I forgot and electronic sensor went off at the exit door. The employees are very nice though. Will assist you and apologize for inconvenience.

I love this Target store so much. I try to fill out the surveys they email me sometimes after I shop there. My last two experiences there have been absolutely exceptional. A wonderful gentleman named Adam greeted us and chatted with my moody toddler for a minute. She had just had a meltdown at a previous store and people talking to her always makes her feel special when we go shopping. He has the perfect upbeat personality for any customer service position. The most recent visit, I went to get a swing for my baby. The swing I wanted, I couldn’t find on the floor, but the app said they had it in stock. A very helpful woman named Charity came over, looked through the ones on the floor, scanned it, and went all the way to the back to bring me one, even carrying it all through the store. She was so polite and helpful. This store seems to keep some really great employees around and I hope they get all of the notice and recognition they deserve.

I needed a new set of Beats and Target had them as cheap as anyone. The website said they had 2 in stock, which was helpful, of the color and model I wanted, so I was able to purchase it online (it was late at night) for an in-store pick up the next day. The next morning, I got an email notification right at 8 AM when the store opens that my item was ready for pick up. Everything was timely, efficient, and the employees were polite.

They have a great staff. My son became ill inside the store and one of the managers gave him a bottle of water and bag. I know this sounds like a strange review but the staff at the store is great. Have had good customer service in previous visits.

This Target is always clean throughout. It's busier than some, so expect a short wait to checkout. The Starbucks is stuffed into a corner and, honestly, after a few times, we just stopped getting coffee here as the drinks were not prepared correctly. Everything else pertaining to Target is pretty good.

This is my go-to store! The staff are friendly and very helpful. I shopped there on Black Friday and was impressed by the organization and cleanliness of the store. They had what I would call a “super fast” checkout considering how many people were there.
I will be shopping here again and again!

Love this location! Everyone is always so friendly and willing to help. If they don’t know something, they at least try to find the answer. Their “drive up” team for store pick up is amazing. Raining, snow or shine they always come out smiling with my items. For the most part the store is always clean and organized.

I adore Target and love almost everything there. They have a dollar section once you walk into the store and they have little trinkets and small stuff for around the house, or something that you can fit in your room. Every time I go to Target, I always look at the dollar section first.
