12001 Chase Plaza Drive Parking

I was humiliated by the front desk more than once.
They treated me like i was some kind of vagrant.
At check in they acted like i wouldnt have enough money.
I checked in and i was actually pretty impressed with the nice clean room.
I had 0 problems or issues with the room or the hotel.
When checkout came i cleaned my room and took my trash outside.
I went to the front desk to get my $250 deposite back, and they told me they had to check the room.
They accused me of smoking in the room even though i didn't.
I tried to give them my word i didnt smoke they said:
'we know you did' and 'wheres the trash?'
I explained i tried to clean the room nicely.
They stood around and talked about me.
'the person who has to clean the room is human too'
That was a good one.
Finally the group of women waved me over to the desk.
They said they had a conversation and they decided to give me my deposit back.
However not because they believed me, but with another condescending comment :
Because i need the money.
I should be greatful.
I have never been more disgusted with any costumer service representatives.
Too bad i make more money than all of them.🤷
