I love this place! The staff is amazing. I came into the store to use their awesome pet washing station on my dirty bulldogs. My one bulldog, Franklin, escaped out of his leash and was running loose around the store. Ugh. At least 2-3 employees came to my rescue and helped me catch the assailant! The staff is purely amazing.

Great location and the staff are always so helpful! Ashley has groomed our mini Goldendoodle and did a fantastic job.

This Pet Supplies Plus has The Most Knowledgeable group of people I have ever seen anywhere! They know Everything about the food they sell. If you need a new food for your dog (cat) this is the place to go. And Nice. They are service oriented and helpful. THIS is The Place to go if you need something for your pet. They have an incredible variety of food, bedding, toys.....and great prices too. I am so impressed. This is a great place to go for pet supplies.

Love, love the groomer Khrya at Pet Supplies Plus. Our cockapoo Sharpie looks great after every visit. Not too short - still fluffy! Our other groomer (at another facility) always cut way too short. I just wish I would have known about her years ago! Appointments are easy to make and they even groom on Sundays.

Thank you Pet Supplies Plus for helping me pick new food when my dog had pancreatitis. He was very sick and he’s also very old and after running into the owner of the store while searching for a new food from the same brand my dog currently eats, the owner gave me a few suggestions and after I switched my dogs food, he has been very well and the pancreatitis has not returned. He also gave me great advice for food for my cat who was sick as well and both pets are doing great now! They also let me return a bag of food that I had purchased there that my dog had tried but it didn’t help his illness. They have a wonderful selection of products and very knowledgeable staff. This isn’t a big box store even though it looks like one. It’s run like a small business which I very much appreciate!

We have been loyal customers here for several years. Leilani should have VIP status as many toys as she's "enjoyed":)

-Huge selection of hard to find pet foods (dry, fresh, toppers, etc...)
-An entire aisle devoted to toys of all kinds.
-Open until 9pm which is helpful if you work long hours.
*Join the rewards club for special pricing and coupons (it's worth it but be aware the rewards system is a little tedious and you need a long code to redeem points in store.)

The last remaining source of information, guidance, and reassurance left in the pet retailing industry. Went to the PSP in Warson Woods in St. Louis and an associate named Tom really helped us with some major issues after a salmonella recall. Don’t care if I can buy cheaper on Amazon .. Amazon is as personal as a delivery truck. Bravo PSP!

This store is very nice. We love Psp . The entire staff and awesome and reasonable product selection. Now the have a clean and easy dog wash bonus.

We have three labs who love to play in the yard and are not afraid of getting dirty. So we were so excited to find the pet wash at Pet Supplies Plus. We can load up and get all three dogs washed in no time. The staff is very friendly, the wash is clean, and you have the added bonus of picking up any items you might need for your crew. I would absolutely recommend checking out Pet Supplies Plus for any of your pet supply needs.

We have 2 red bone cooon hounds and 2 Bengal cats and we absolutely love this store! We have met and talked with the owner John, he is a animal lover and really does care about his customers and their pets.

Modest sized store makes it easy to get in and out. Helpful staff. Good selection.

This was the first time we’ve had our dog food delivered and it was the most pleasant experience. Ordering was easy and using a coupon was no problem. It was delivered the next day. We didn’t have to worry about carrying it from the car into the house. Before we’d pick up and they’d load it into the car and were always friendly. But delivery is even better.

Everyone is so helpful here. I love giving them my money 😊

Really good have everything you could need. Plus pets you can't get at Petco or PetSmart like green cheek conures. I think the best part of the store is the giant self wash dog station. My Australian Shepherd loves it!!!
