Best hair store I’ve been to in a long time. They are always refreshing their products and as soon and something new and better come out... they are already purchasing it! They are extremely helpful and very knowledgeable of the product. Everyone in this store is extremely welcoming, and very patient! I drive 35+ minutes to this store in particular one because of the customer service and two they never disappoint!

The best hair store ever! The workers/ owners are always so nice and pleasant. If they don't have a brand in store, just let them know and they will try to start ordering that brand to add to their inventory! They are so nice and accommodating and their clothing line there is sooooo cute! Always clean and organized and fully stocked on everything! The only hair store I shop at now! Great prices as well!

The best store in Cincinnati by far. Not just do to large selection and clean atmosphere, but they have great customer service! Love them there! The more u come, they become ur go to hair family! Only store I recommend. AND Family Dollar is right next door.

Absolutely the best hair store in the area. The first time I visited I thought I was dreaming. Very clean and organized. Prices are good. Great assortment of wigs. Just about every brand of hair products you can think of including brands you can only get online. The owners are very nice and helpful. Never experienced anything bad coming here. Lol I think I spend half of my check in here. Will continue to shop here.

I absolutely love this store! They have the cleanest store and such and awesome variety of products to choose from! What puts the icing on the cake is that their exceptional customer service! This the only place that I buy my hair care products from. I love this place!

This is a fun place to walk around. They have lots of wigs & beauty items.
What's more fun is the wall of shame.
They have pictures of shoplifters hanging by the register, it's hilarious.

This is a really nice hair store, they definitely enforce wearing a mask, they have multiple hair products and also they have nice outfits they are a bit pricey but besides that ita s nice store to get the things you need....... This is one of the hair pieces I got from there. 😊😊😊😊😊😊

This is the nicest hair store I ever been to. Everyone that work here is nice and friendly. Another thing I like is that they don’t harass you why your are looking for whatever you need they make you feel very comfortable.

Very courteous customer service. Store is neat, well organized and has the best inventory out of all 3 local stores. Its larger and easier to shop as other stotes can be cluttered and crowded. And they have NYX cosmetics!!!! Which I travel 20 minutes away for. NYX alone will keep me at this store lol
