Convenient, friendly, social distancing and masks required.

I reckon the drivers do the best they can , under the circumstances . But I'm darn glad I no longer have to take the Metro as often as I used to . I personally Metro would take in more revenue if they lowered their daily pass (good for 24 hours) price down to 3 dollars . I am grateful for the Metro Service 😁

You guys are always late (metro drivers, tank drivers are very cordial and on time), only two (metro) bus drivers have ever been polite (they don't even say hi back, or acknowledge you unless you do something bad), and quite frankly I only rely on you (metro) bc I'm poor. That's that!

metro now: the guy who answers the phone is often rude and needs to gain customer service skills. The app acts up often and today with the heat index over 100. He called in to try to get a ride. He kept people on hold for over 20 min trying to get a ride. At least be kind and not answer the phone "HOLD" no Metro greating nothing. We cant help you have no drivers but at least say something and dont leave someone guessing whats going on.
