Our new vehicle purchasing experience was 100% to satisfactory. Due to being 2 hours away from the dealership location, it was appreciated we we're able to initiate the purchasing process over the phone with the sales manager Shannon. Upon arrival the following day, we were pleasantly greeted by our salesman David Juker who was very patient, knowledgeable, and courteous. The finance manager Dylan Rothfuss was very friendly and a pleasure to work with as well. All of our questions were directly answered. Everyone was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and the entire process was quick and easy. And it was appreciated that one of the owners, Bill and sales manager Shannon, had taken time out of their day to speak with us and thank us for doing business with them. It was a very enjoyable atmosphere you don't get from every dealership, a great experience all around. Thank you to all involved.

I had the best experience from start to finish in buying my new car! First ever new car purchase. Brian Lightner makes every step of the process easy to understand and personalized to your needs. He found me exactly what I wanted (which is difficult because I’m picky) in record time and we had it in my driveway the next day! I wouldn’t buy a car from anyone else, he is the best in the business! Michael Schmida handled the finances smoothly, helping me understand all my options! Very grateful to have had them to make the process seamless and exciting.

Service was excellent,however I had a battery issue that was unresolved. My battery died on a Sunday afternoon and as I had to be at the Cleveland clinic early Monday I had no choice but to get a new one at a local parts store . When I came in for service I asked if there was any way I could get credit /compensation for the cost ($259) of the battery which was still under warranty. I was told that Adam said it had to be replaced by the dealership. Seems a bit unfair to me to say the least. I will definitely rethink my choice of dealerships for my next truck.
