I had form I-693 filled out by Dr.Donepudi Radhika back in 2018. Her lab can do blood work as well as the examination, so it’s a very easy one-stop place. The service was good and I got the form completed quickly. I had a very positive experience.

Now again I need to have I-693 done for a family member. I called several places, however, unfortunately they either didn’t pick up the phone, or required that I do blood work somewhere else. I then remembered Dr. Donepudi so I found my old form and looked her up again. I was so shocked to see the negative reviews and I was hesitant to book an appointment. However, I decided to trust my own experience instead of the online reviews, so I called her office and got a same-day appointment!

When I arrived for my appointment, the front desk was friendly and familiar with her work. The nurse was very sweet to my mom. The doctor again was thorough, clear and very friendly. She gave us a list of the vaccines still needed and recommended the Sterling Community Pharmacy across the street to us, which helped us save hundreds of dollars on the vaccines. I ended up having everything in a day minus the result of the blood work, which would take a couple of days no matter where you go.

I felt obligated to write this review, because the online reviews are so untrue and unfair. I think an efficient and friendly practice like this one deserves honest feedback.

This is the worst place to do your immigration medical exam, if there is zero star, I would have given them. They are not transparent at all and they are nothing but opportunist. The front desk will speak to you nicely calling you honey on phone, please don’t ever fall for it. They will tell you different bill ($400 even lower) on the phone and charge you over $700. The only thing the doctor will say is ‘things are expensive now’.Why can’t you have a standard pricing for your procedure so that everyone that comes knows. They will also refers you to go and do stupid test at a certain place. I guessed is to get referral bonus. Damn it. I regretted ever going there. Bad human relations. Please be warned DO NOT GO THERE.

disgust of place and are thieves first they give you a price and when you do not charge much more the doctor does not understand the vaccination record and has a bad attitude they ask you to shut up because you distract them now I'm sure they do not know how to do a physical exam please never go to that place

I had to come 8 times to take a stupid medical exam. The most stupid place I have been in my life . There's a super stupid doctor and people . I hate this place.
