The staff are always super friendly and really sweet! They're very accommodating and clearly care very much about their customers. One of the most welcoming environments I've ever seen in a store. The clothes are always really cool too.

The service here is awesome! The rep helped me out with finding a birthday present for my wife, and did an amazing job guiding me around the store till I found the perfect gift! Manager was great as well, providing some other suggestions on finishing up my birthday shopping! Fantastic selection of goodies to choose from as well.

My daughter loves this store. The staff was very nice greeted upon arrival. Music in the store was fun and upbeat. Store was clean and organized. I can see why the kids love going there.

When my boyfriend and I have to get trucks or tools for his nephew we just come here to get it. Knowledgeable staff, fast service *except their printer lol* and convenient. They have cute clothes, too.

Extremely satisfied with their AMAZING service! I took my 1984 Valterra MeltDown in just to get an idea of how much I was going to need to put in it to get it rolling again or if I should just buy a new board (and I half-expected to hear "here's our new boards and this is what you should get") But instead, Zack gives me an extremely informative lesson on all the new boards they have and what he would recommend for me and my style, THEN says: "But let's take a look at this and see what we can do..." And proceeds to take my board apart, spends about 20-ish minutes working on it, installs some new hardware (that I hadn't even committed to buy yet) and turns my ancient relic into a vintage classic that rolls like a dream! Highly recommend and I'll definitely be going back!

Great but the bank cut off uur transaction because the store name seemed "unreliable" but hey the guy on shift let us venmo money so we could purchase the item. I love the store I will be back to buy the new sweats they have LOVE IT!

Super nice and chill employees. Bought my favorite board there. Love the poeple, love the clothes but for t shirts its overpriced but that's not their fault that skating became mainstream.

Awesome! Braden was great! My first time ever with skateboarding and he took his time with me. Showed me everything, boards, helped me on them, made sure i didnt fall. Even took me in the hallway in the back to get on a couple. Got my first longdoard at age 46. I am doing great! For an old woman! 😁 thanx so much!

Amazing customer support and knowledge..... Very polite staff, I highly recommend this store for anything retro "80's". Took me way back to my childhood when I took my son there to get a new board.

Cool stores. I like the casual feel from the staff and have always had a good time shopping in any of their stores, including the Kenwood Ohio, Florence Ky and Chicago (Schaumburg) Illinois locations.

Great service, took grandson in he just got into stateboarding . I never skate boarded but when I left I was very confident . My grandson was going to enjoy what we bought.

My guy with the mustache and beanie has hooked me up several times , but its for sure the organized / stocked store for me

Favorite urban wear store. Can be a little pricey but there is always fresh new fashion made available. Great variety of materials from clothing, accessories, skateboards, jewlery and more.

My 15yo grandson loves their clothes and they are well made.

Everyone was rad and comfortable to deal with.. I was in and out for a Christmas gift exchange no prob and thats always a plus for me 👌
