My concrete sink and toilet had to be removed while water proofing on my basement was being done so I worked with Blue Chip Plumbing on this. I am really glad I chose to do so!!! Tyler was the technician who worked on my project and he really took the time to remove and reinstall everything right in place. He focused on the details well and even bolted down our new sink to make sure everything was in place. I really appreciate all the time and care he took for the project.
Customer service was also really good. When I changed my mind a few times, Jeff was really good about it and worked through the many options with me. If I had any issues or questions that needed to be inspected in person, he would come by day of.
Price is really fair for the work done and would recommend and use them for future jobs. Thanks!

Came within the hour. Found the dishwasher pressure caused a sudden failure of the o-ring in the lifetime Delta faucet. Replaced the faucet quickly and professionally. Checked all connections to confirm it no longer leaked.

We were extremely pleased with our experience and would definitely use again if needed! We are a one restroom house and have out of town visitors and it could have been a disaster!! From the pleasant and prompt response of the receptionist/scheduler to the fast arrival and very knowledgeable and friendly technician, Jay, who quickly unclogged our drain, we couldn't have been happier!

Blue Chip plumbing tested our backflow valve for the sprinkler system. The plumber was nice, professional, and just a pleasant guy. He was efficient and I felt that I got good service and value for the cost. I would recommend them without reservation.

Tim was great! He showed up on time and took care of our situation. We had a mess, not only did he calm me down but he made sure I knew exactly what the plan was and gave me good news along the way. We had to have an emergency sump pump replacement and then a water heater the next day. I’m confident in the work quality and appreciate Tim’s expertise and communication throughout the experience.

Blue Chip plumbing was phenomenal to work with. I called after hours with a broken pipe problem and Kathy was able to help that night and followed up first thing in the morning as well. Then Tyson came out to our home in the cold and was able to fix a sump pump pipe quickly and with great quality. Choosing Blue Chip Plumbing to deal with a water leak problem was one of the best decisions I've made in a long time. Josh Hoying, the plumber that dealt with my problem, was very professional, knowledgeable, informative and courteous in helping me understand what the problem was and the steps he was going to take to fix it. I watched the whole procedure with novice curiosity. Josh told me what he was doing and patiently answered all of my questions. He snaked the line to break up the source of blockage. Finding some roots, he scoped the pipes and identified outside where the root problem occurred. I was able to view the scoping and was amazed at the detail. Josh was so kind to describe what I was seeing and to recommend a possible plan of action that I can consider for the future. Very good company with great employees that I enjoy working with. Kathy and Kelly at the office responded very quickly and had Sam the technician on-site that day. Once Sam discovered the problem he was able to explain the situation with a great solution. Sam was able to get the correct jetting tool for the job that day and returned to make a permanent repair.

We had an excellent experience ! The pipe under the kitchen sink strtd leaking suddenly n we needed someone to check n give us a free estimate. little after our first call, we got a text that the technician is on his way & the msg also showed his details like pic, his experience & his hobbies etc (Jay westrich)

He was very nice & patient, checked everything thoroughly n gave us a free estimate n also waited patiently for us to decide if we want to get the job done or not.
He took care of that job perfectly !
And we called him again for next day to change faucets outside in yard that few others didn’t want to do as it needed drilling into the wall n he did a perfect job.
It was pricey ($150 per hour) but overall, very nice n positive experience n will definitely call them again for any other plumbing work.

BlueChip did a great job for an urgent water leak at the house. They got someone out to me within a couple hours and he quickly diagnosed the problem and got my water tank fixed up. Thanks!
