Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

John was very efficient at solving our problem and at such short notice too! Acted in a very professional manner and was informative and reassuring to us the entire time. He also left his work space quite clean which we appreciate so much. Will definitely be contacting again for all our plumbing needs.

John was great, very thorough and friendly. We were getting a second quote on an issue with our sewage line and he explained everything, made it clear what the issues were and what were non-issues, and made me feel very comfortable. We ended up going with Roto-Router because of John, so I am very appreciative!

They came in told us exactly what was wrong. Explained what they could do and how they would fix it. Got to work right away. No problems with the work and they had it fixed in no time at all. They answered all questions and even gave some tips on how to keep better condition of the pipes. The technician was amazing would recommend him to anyone that asked very friendly. His name is Luke.

Sean was awesome! My wife and I were told he'd be here in about 2 hours and it was about 30 minutes later he arrived. Sean was super friendly and very professional. He walked us thru the steps he was going to take to get our sewer line up and running. We will definitely be using Roto-Rooter from now on and hopefully we can request a plumber. If requests are allowed, we're always gonna request Sean!

I placed a call with Roto-Rooter around 2pm on a Friday afternoon. Jason was at my house within 30 minutes and help diagnose, unclog and clean up all prior to 5pm. He was friendly, informative and extremely helpful. Can’t recommend Jason enough!

They came within the scheduled time period and Andy cleared my clog and pipe so well that it drains better now than when i bought the house. He cleaned up when he was done and was nice to talk with. While he was working he was explaining to me what he was doing and why.

Craig is an excellent technician. Diagnosed the problem and then repaired it. Toilet had major backup issues along the main sewage pipe and directly underneath the toilet, did everything with ease and am very appreciative to have it resolved. Thank you RR!

Matt and Matt came out to replace a pipe and shut off valve. They were nice, fast, prompt, knowledgeable, and professional. The fee was reasonable for the service and time. They were able to fix the issue the same day and for less than I expected to pay. If I have any other issues I will be using them again!

They were quick and took care of the clogged kitchen sinks and dishwasher less than an hour. The price was fair and I was able to use one of their discounts to reduce the price. I had bad experiences with other plumbing companies, so it was wonderful to have a good experience with Roto-Rooter. I would highly recommend them to others and use them myself from now on!

I was able to schedule a same day appointment online. I received a text when they were on the way. They arrived within the time window specified. He was kind and explained in detail what was going on with our basement plumbing. We will definitely use them again in the future if needed.

Called on a Friday evening and Roto Rooter Cincinnati sent someone within an hour to unclog a VERY backed up kitchen drain. Jacob arrived promptly, analyzed the issue and quoted me a straight -up price for service. Jacob spent HOURS working on a really deep clog, but the shorter snake couldn't reach all of it. Jacob said he'd come back Saturday morning with the 100' snake. Unfortunately, the depot that supplies that device wasn't there on the weekend. Jacob called me early Saturday morning to let me know, apologized for the inconvenience, and promised to be out first thing Monday. He did just that, got the drain fixed--even though it was his day off--and put everything back in order, neat and tidy. I would not hesitate to call RR Cincy for future service, and will absolutely be asking for Jacob by name when I do. He's the perfect ambassador for his company, and they're lucky to have him.

John was a great guy. Performed his very well and explained everything that I needed to know. He was professional and did his job 100%. He came out to inspect my main sewage lines, I denied the service due to financial reasons. Gave him a call/text 20 minutes later and asked if he could come back to do the service after getting the money together and he went to his other job site and came back and completed the job that I had to get done. Thank you again John. I’ll recommend you to everyone I know. Extremely satisfied!!!

Jake came same day and did an excellent and efficient job. Was reasonably priced for the work done especially being able to come the same day I called and did the work on the spot. Would definitely recommend!
