Matt Turner spent almost 2 hours on my outside basement sink well and sump drainage. Crushed pipe,👎🏻😩but diverted water away from my house and cleaned sink well. Provided pipe to divert water also. Hard working young man

Mike was polite answered every question I had and something you don't see much of these days , never complained about his job or the job he was doing. Also the the operators I spoke with on the phone were also polite and helpful. A good experience for money I hated spending and everything works great now!!

Called roto rooter on a Sunday evening for a backed-up basement drain. The guy was here in less than 2 hours and unclogged the drain in less than an hour. He was very courteous and professional.

Roto-Rooter was great! I was impressed that they could send someone out the same day that I called. Kaden, the technician was on time, communicated thoroughly about his arrival, was friendly, and diagnosed the issue with my garbage disposal quickly. He provided options and came back the next day, on time, and installed the new disposal efficiently and gave me great instructions. I trusted him in my home. The phone staff was also professional and courteous and followed through on what they said they'd do.
