Courtyard by Marriott Hamilton

In a cute and safe part of town, 3-5 restaurants directly across the street. Easy parking. Friendly staff, Debbie working the bar was particularly lovely!! Loved ending my work day chatting with her. Great customer service from her, and all around. The menu for dinner was bigger than any other hotel I’ve seen which was great! Delicious too. Rooms clean, can hear your neighbor clearly if you have a connecting room but nothing to complain about. Hotel itself is peaceful and the personal touches are great. There was an adorable calendar in my room with local events/happy hour! Will stay again. Better than hotels in Oxford (where I was visiting for work) and such an easy close drive from there.

Me daughter and I just stayed at this hotel for a couple days. The staff was extremely friendly, especially Lisa B who was so nice and welcoming. The hotel was super clean and definitely met my expectations!!

This hotel is older but we had a great stay. We were here for a gymnastics meet with my daughter. My daughters and I stayed and have to say the resturant was really nice. We had breakfast and dinner there. The servers were so nice and the food came out pretty quick which was nice bc we had to at the meet super early in the AM. This hotel also has a really nice location with some resturants right across from it. We are def going to stay here again and will def be checking out chic cone next door it looks really cool. If you have people over 21 there is also some bars across the street and a bar at the resturant in the hotel. Thanks for a great experience

We stayed here for U of Miami drop off. It was pleasant, easy to get to and from the college and clean. The staff were especially great. Lisa from the cafe was inundated the morning that all the families were heading to move in. Her service did not suffer despite being super busy. She was so pleasant, greeted every customer and delivered coffee and food with a smile! Paradise at the front desk helped us resolve a reservation issue and was also super service oriented. It is difficult to find great staff in hospitality since the pandemic and this bunch is outstanding. Well done and thanks for making it a great experience.

The location is both lovely and convenient to all downtown locations (our event was at the Fitton Center, easily walkable from here). The staff are all quick with a greeting and a smile. Special shout -out to Lisa the barista in the lobby, who is friendly and helpful to the nth degree!

Hamilton was only supposed to be a place to lay our head after riding coasters all day, but we were really impressed with the location along the river and a cute park nearby. Plenty of food and beverage options in walking distance and you can enjoy all the blooming flowers the city has planted. We had some great food, drinks, and conversation at the Bistro and the staff there make you feel so welcomed to their town. Next time we visit Kings Island, we will definitely stay here again.

Lisa, who works the breakfast area, is the nicest person I’ve ever come across. Very helpful, hard worker and extremely pleasant. She deserves to be recognized.

Very pretty location, you can see the river right from your bedroom (if you get a room on the river side) They let me come in with my service dog without questioning, (which annoys me when hotels question me about it). My family has stayed here multiple times, always enjoy stopping by and visiting. Very nice and clean rooms (the rooms are a bit small, but its a somewhat old building so it's to be expected). Everything works well when we've stayed, the lobby is really nice and comfortable, nice staff, decently priced rooms for what you get. Conveniently located in downtown hamilton. Walking distance to most downtown locations/ shops/ food places.

What a beautiful spot. There is a park with geese, taverns and little restaurants just across a small road. No free breakfast, but can order Starbucks quality lattes and food made to order. Even the laundry room was nice and inexpensive. Everyone was nice and helpful!

Great location for events at the amphitheater. Rooms were clean, bed was comfortable. As a warning no food available in the surrounding area after 10pm so be prepared. They do have a snack bar in the hotel lobby with candy, chips, pop, etc.

Nice, clean room, nice view of the river, but that town needs some trees!
The beds were very comfortable. Very quiet place.
I wish they had Diet Coke available for purchase. I only saw Pepsi products.

The hotel was filled to capacity, but somehow, they found us a quiet spot .

The surrounding area is lovely, but loud from a music festival.

Excellent customer service and beautiful property! We needed several rooms unexpectedly when a close relative passed away. Shanna and Naomi made every effort to make sure that we were satisfied with our stay and did so with a smile. They made a very difficult time much more pleasant. I recommend asking for a riverfront room as they have a nice view, especially at night. The hotel and rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. Our room was cleaned and restocked daily. Because we stayed for several days, we especially appreciated the laundry facilities with complimentary detergent and fabric softener. There were plenty of restaurants close by. We were very please with our stay and will certainly stay again if the need arises.

Have stayed her a few times while working at Miami University. Hotel is 15 minutes away, rooms are clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. Abby at the front desk was extremely helpful to us and definitely improved our stay. Parking can be a little challenging since however everything else about this hotel is great.

We had our wedding here in the ballroom, and used many different areas on the big day including the boardroom, lobby, and a suite. The service here was lovely, everyone so kind and on top of things, providing the best for our special day. Out dinner was incredible. The staff were excellent with their hard work. We are extremely pleased and HIGHLY recommend this Courtyard for couples planning their wedding! *Covid brought about many changes and obstacles, but the staff (especially Stephanie!) were extremely accommodating and made our day most perfect!

Staff was very attentive to our needs. We just finished a 3 day stay for a hockey tournament. The entire hotel was warm and welcoming. The room had a great river view and was very clean with all amenities that we needed. Would definitely stay again.

We booked a company meeting for today. I couldn't be more pleased with everything they offered. I heard raving remarks about their breakfast lunch and snacks. The room and tables were organized perfectly. Barb was extremely helpful with all our needs. Definitely using them again. Bravo to your staff!

We used the Marriott's ballroom for our wedding and it was absolutely amazing and beautiful! Stephanie Rose was our go-to for everything through the Marriott and she was absolutely AMAZING! We ended up having to reschedule & change a lot of things due to Covid-19, but Stephanie was super flexible and communicating through the entire thing. The Marriott's worked with what we wanted our menu to be (breakfast for dinner) and the food turned out amazing! They also set up and tear down all of the decorations, which was amazing! They put everything together perfectly and relieved SO MUCH of my stress during the wedding planning! Everything from day one of planning all the way until we ended up leaving the wedding night, they made everything effortless and smooth! I'm so thankful for them making our day perfect!
