The Hair Palace

Oh my goodness, I went into the hair palace two days in a row and a worker named E’monie helped me with everything I needed. She was extremely professional. I was feeling low confident about even getting my hair done. She showed me the right products to get the right hair to get and was extremely happy to do it. I will be visiting the store again because of her. 💕💕💕

I was going to Amazon but I received poor service and my Granddaughter told me about Hair Palace two years ago and I have been going there since because their customer never changes. Walked in at 9:58 Sunday morning and was amazed at the huge selection. I wondered around before asking for assistance and Emoni was so helpful and patient. I was very indecisive and she helped me and provided excellent customer service. I came there from Lexington as my hair appointment was in Cincy that morning. The store managers need to hire more people like Emoni as her attitude was pleasant and her professionalism was on point.

Everyone was so friendly that I encountered! Very helpful and give you their undivided attention when shopping. Will be back!

Emonie was very nice and pausing with me. I have been coming here for years and she showing me things nobody ever told me.

Rae got me together!!! She super bubbly good attitude very friendly! And the officer was cool too.
