Lake Nina Restaurant

Inexpensive family restaurant known for their fish logs. They also offer lunch specials 7 days a week for $9.99. I ordered the open faced roast beef, and my husband had the double cheeseburger. Both were tasty and a great deal.

Our family has been going there ever since I was a young child. Their fish is unbelievable. If you have never been there...go. Get the hot slaw and home fries with 1/2 fish log. If you get the whole log, you'll enjoy it at home as it is too much to eat in one sitting. The staff is very accommodating. We went with 8 people and they found a way to give us a lake view. So sorry I didn't take photos. I will next time.

I was there for lunch. The cheeseburger lunch special was awesome, very good.

We had a large party 28-30 people. Called in advance. Tables set up when we arrived. Our server, Sydney, was EXCELLENT. She didn't miss a beat. She was great. Food was good and hot. Been here many, many times.

Update: Fishlog, potatoes everything hot and service spectacular (10-2023). Never dissatisfied! The photos are a view from our window. The kid is 26 now, husband always chooses lake Nina for dinner it is always been flawless. Best fish log, basket of rye bread. We share one whole log all the menu items to choose from we always decide on the fish log. Always a great experience, been eating here all my life, fishlogs what I order, they do have fried chicken and double Deckers nearly 60 yrs my elders who have passed & (my grands parents & now my grandbabies) extended families from many generations enjoy it here, (tonight we had our daughters 21st bday dinner. Kudos to hyde park kroger for the beautiful art work on Elizabeth's cake, thank you LAKE NINA for allowing us to bring the cake, thanks again for the candles. Food delicious!)

Was our first time there after seeing it on Facebook. There were three of us and we sat in the back room overlooking the lake. We all had the fish log which was wonderful. The tarter sauce was excellent with just the right amount of tang and garlic. The onion rings were fantastic. Nice and crispy. The place was full when we left. Will be going back to try more menu items.

I have been frequenting lake Nina for many years now. With our current economy I love ordering from there because the portion sizes are well worth the price. I can have lunch the next day! The fish log and liver are proble my fave. They have a “home cook
Meal” feel!

Down to earth family restaurant just as described on their website. The food was diner style but the fish and sweet potato fries were not at all greasy. The sauce which came with the waffle fries was delicious. My husband has open face roast beef and liked it. Priced right with friendly service. We will definitely visit again.

The wait staff was friendly, knowledgeable and the food was OUT OF THIS WORLD! Frog legs😚🤌; fried cod😚🤌; fried chicken😚🤌 all at good prices!
Wonderful experience, all the way around! Had a visit to our table from an owner maybe(?) who knew everything about the menu items and the restaurant that made it even more memorable! THIS IS WHERE YOU WANT TO EAT!

My entire experience, including food and the way it was prepared and served to me, was excellent!!! Eat in or take it home it doesn't matter because they are the best in the Mount Airy/ White Oak and Green Township area and I would venture to say in all of Cincinnati and probably Southern Ohio! That's how much I like Lake Nina and recommend them, if you want a great food; a meal or a snack!!!!!!

My boyfriend and I went here for our "L" restaurant for the A to Z Challenge. Cute rustic place with country vibes. My boyfriend got their Famous Fish Log 🐠 and it did not disappoint, absolutely huge! Had dinner by the window and we could see the lake from our seats. Very fun, quaint place.

Excellent food and service. We were there on a week day during lunch and the food was amazing. Had the fish log and it was perfect. Will return.

We got food to-go and it was really good. We had the Tavern Chicken and thought it was a great meal. The chicken was freshly-made and the cheese and toppings gave it a comfort food-feel. It took about 30 minutes for our food to be ready, which was great because we still had to drive there, and I like knowing that it was freshly made. The kids got popcorn shrimp and liked it.

Plenty of parking. There is a small lake out back. I didn't look too see if there was outdoor seating, but I assume there was. I would go here again, it was great!

Use to go there a lot when Mike owned it and lived close. Always like to stop when in the area. Great chicken livers and fish logs.

I ordered the fish roll with mashed and green beans, my wife ordered fish roll with fries and green beans, we also ordered fried pickles as an apitizer, a very generous portion. The rye bread is good free upon request.
I like the atmosphere, wait staff and the good food. Not to mention the views of the lake are very nice. I will recommend this place to anyone looking for a change.
This is a nice restaurant very similar to Joe's Watermill Inn off of Harrison Ave in Dent.

It's always a good time at Lake Nina's. Been going there since 1992. This time my waitress was a old friend I haven't seen in years! Good to see you Chrissy!!

iI had a delicious 1/2 fish log dinner with cole slaw and green beans. Great service in an old time diner atmosphere. Definitely recommended.

Friends told us about Lake Nina so we had to try it and we were very happy with staff and the food . Looking forward to our next visit already

Great place. Have been going here since I was a kid. Love their food.
