Lima VA Clinic

My husband‘s primary care doctor, Dr Kifetew, and the staff at the Lima VA are awesome. They take great care of my husband. They are sensitive to his changing conditions and always show an appropriate level of concern/care. We are very happy with and recommend the Lima VA and Dayton VA.

I'm very fortunate and grateful for my PACT team that provides myself excellent care in times of need. Thank you very much for all you do.

Ive never been here, but on the 2 occasions i called no one was any help. Snide people. Instead of driving 40mins to this location ill happily drive the 2hrs to the Dayton VA. I intend to never set foot in this building

In past 2 years I have not had good experience or care from this clinic except for labs and diabetic pharmacy Dr. Can't call clinic anymore, transfered to triage in Dayton to determine if they think you can speak with your doctor or not.

Absolutely useless don't even answer the phone Dayton VA answers. Been there two days in a row with absolutely no help they keep asking me questions and calling me yet the information is in my chart do you jobs people or move on in another career field this CBOC (community based out patient clinic) is not for the community at all should be shut down. I will never step foot in here again I will drive an hour and a half to Dayton if need be from now on.

Could not for the life of me get ahold of anyone VIA phone, I called and pressed 0, waited on hold for 30 minutes; I called back, pressed 3 for enrollment services, got forwarded to Dayton, who forwarded me back to a dead number; called again pressed 2 for appointment services, waited on hold for 30 minutes. I just need to register and have not been able to.
