Marylou is a great bartender and very helpful and attentive, Awesome place for incredible pizza. Had the traditional cheese and did not disappoint. You have to come between 11-3 or 4-Close for pizza as they re-stoke coal oven. You can order apps or salads between 3-4 just no pizza.. definitely coming back again to try more toppings on the pizza and their calzone!!

Grimaldi's has a cool fifties Rat Pack vibe, with vintage black and white photos on the walls and hanging wine bottle chandeliers. We ordered a Traditional Tomato Sauce Pizza with extra sauce, black and kalamata olives, fresh garlic, and jalapenos. Also, a White with Garlic Pizza with added artichoke hearts. Both were delicious: crispy crust and good amounts of toppings. To start, we had a Mediterranean salad which was well-dressed, with perfect proportions of lettuce to "the good stuff." Overall, it was an enjoyable experience, I highly recommend it, and look forward to returning.

Whenever we are near Brookfield, we stop here for really good NY style pizza. Being from New Jersey, this is our kind of pizza! The decor is vintage NYC….love it. Our server was super friendly and helpful.
The pizzas just taste so good. They are coal fired, so you can see and taste the char on the crust. Be careful what you order; the crust may be soggy in the middle (case in point, their margarita pizza is very wet in the middle, but the tomato topping is oh so good!) The outer crust is crunchy, chewy. The sauce has just the right seasoning. The cheese is good quality as well. The sausage topping is a crumble and not too hot.
When ordering pizzas, get the 18”. With the thin crust, it is not hard at all for 2 people to finish off one pizza.
One of our pizzas had a small black rock of coal on it. (Being baked in a coal oven, sometimes they will ‘pop’ onto the pizzas.) They usually get removed before sending it out. Kudos of the management; they understood and offered to adjust the bill. Even with this incident, it’s hard to stop eating their pizza. It’s just that good!!

Kelsey the Manager and our Server Chancer provided impeccable customer service, I would 100% recommend Grimaldi's for your next event or just stop by for an incredible slice of pizza (delicious)!

This is the first time i ordered from this place. I am on a business trip and found it online. I take my time and read the reviews before i visit. It has mixed reviews. I decided to give it a chance. All i can say is that this is the best pizza i have ever had in my life. All the ingredients were fresh and the crust was crispy. Great customer service. The only suggestion i have to the management is to have an option to print a receipt on an online order. Next time i am in the area i am definitely coming back.

Had margarita pizza over here and added Kalamata olives and garlic was yummy. Would coma back here again with family. Service little slow specially for pizza. Salads and drinks would come fast.

Food was great. Caesar salad crisp & fresh. Spicy chicken pizza was so flavorful. Service good, just too busy. My Italian Margarita was TERRIBLE... literally 4 sips & gone for $12 with a rotten slime lime on it. Full with ice in a tiny glass.

Great spot for date-night! Wonderful place to sit down together and have some delicious pizza in a casual, social, inviting atmosphere. I’m super glad the Hot Honey Pepperoni is on the menu!

If you enjoy brick oven, thin pizza, you will love Grimaldis. We've been here several times and am never disappointed. Today we stopped for lunch and devoured the Brooklyn Bridge pizza.. delicious. We did not have to wait since we went for lunch but always end up waiting for dinner. Worth the wait!

Our server/bartender Alec went above and beyond the call of duty! We ordered the 16" Margherita Pizza. It came out in a timely manner and was amazing! Was a bit too cold inside for my liking, but there were available seats in the patio. 10/10 ⭐

Deviated from our normal pizza place to try Grimaldi’s. We were greeted and sat quickly when we walked in. Decor was great! Had server Ryan who was also excellent! Made several recommendations and was very friendly. The pizza we ordered was a simple traditional style with just cheese/pepperoni. It was one of the best thin crust pizzas I’ve had. We’ll definitely be back!

I been living across the street from this place for 3 years and didn't eat here until a week ago. After trying g it out I regret that. The pizza here is fantastic. I haven't tried anything else yet but I'd definitely suggest the traditional pizza if your OK with red sauce. They offer gluten free options as well.

Grimaldi's has become our "go-to" pizza place for the last couple of years. Thin and crispy, wood fired pizza is the best!
Expect a wait on weekends. Also with the crowds, oven space (to make that beautiful pie) is limited, so pizzas can take an hour or more. Enjoy a glass of wine or beverage and spend time with your friends/family while you wait! Outdoor seating in the summer is also a plus!
Personal favorites: Brooklyn Bridge, Margherita pizza!

The food here was super good, but the highlight of my family’s dinner was our server, Kylie. She was super sweet and hardworking and was there whenever we needed anything, despite the restaurant being so busy. She was an all-star! Go Kylie!

It didn't hurt that we were starving, ha! The pizza was really quite good. The server did a great job, he was personable and friendly.

The only negative was that it has the usual problem with acoustics. Moderately noisy.

I used to live in NYC and loved the original Grimaldi's under the Brooklyn Bridge. I was really excited when they franchised and opened a location in Brookfield.

The food didn't disappoint. Excellent New York style pizza, super fresh and delicious. You can tell they only use super high quality ingredients. Service was excellent as well. I've been there 3 times now, and will definitely keep going back. I can't say enough about how good the pizza is!

Absolutely my favorite place for pizza - love the flavor and ingredients.

Had some pizza and some appetizers all tasted great. We had my young granddaughter, and they made extra effort to keep her occupied.

Nice NY style pizza with a variety of flavors. I also like the wine bottle lights they have hanging for decoration :)
