They are the best! I needed to get a shirt pressed right away and tried another cleaners. They were too busy so I tried Springdale even though they were further away, I was in dire need. Even though they too were busy, the manger herself professionally pressed my shirt. I will continue to bring all my dry cleaning to this thoughtful staff. Thank you!

I brought in my 'old' first communion dress that was in my house in Tennessee, in a fire. It was smoke-damaged. It was also hand knitted. My mother had just given it to me. Springdale said they would do their best . . . AND, they did! They smoke (soot) is gone and it smells good! I'm so glad they were able to get it almost spanking new (some aged spots just happen). I think I'm gonna have it put in a shadow box frame. Thanks Springdale you are still the best cleaner in Cincinnati :-)

Wow! Some of the best customer service I've ever experienced. I was really in a bind needing to get a suit pressed quickly, and they were able to get it done. Cannot recommend them enough!

Stopped in here on a Saturday morning around 10 and was able to pick my items up by 3:30 that same day…. Thank you so much to the one that made that happen. Appreciated it so much! Will definitely be returning❤
