Was taken to a room shortly after we arrived. The longest we waited was to have my cast off. Once she arrived it was done quickly and she went on to the next patient. The doctor came in shortly after that. He went over the CT Scan explaining different things and why he was recommending surgery. He even had time to answer some of my questions. We waited for the girl to recast me than anyone else. I think she is the only one there to help. But it was worth. She definitely has personality +. She is a very sweet young lady and will try to answer any of your questions. Very pleasant!

Dr. Briggs was very attentive and listened to all signs and symptoms I had and was very appreciative that I wrote everything down. He took my case seriously and I'm very grateful he made time for me!

Dr. Briggs is excellent. He always takes the time to hear out any questions or concerns I may have, and provides thorough and honest feedback and advice. Dr. Briggs is apparently very skilled and knowledgeable in his area of expertise. He didn’t want to jump straight to surgery for my case, and ran multiple tests and studies to rule out any underlying problems before possibility of surgery making them worse, and now we’ll be scheduling for surgery soon which I expect to go great under the care of him and his team. I returned to see Dr. Briggs to consult with him about a second injection of my foot due to the pain of arthritis. A past injection in this foot resulted in a significant reduction of pain which lasted for months. This allowed me to do more walking.

Dr. Briggs is very professional. He explains everything well as related to the diagnosis. Very pleased with his care.

I went for my heal. I had x-rays done 1st. Then taken to Dr’s office and put in exam room. Dr came in promptly. He asked me a few questions, explained what the problem and told me what I needed to do. He was very polite and detailed in terms that I could understand. His staff was very pleasant. I would definitely recommend Dr Briggs.

As a previous employee and current patient I trusted Dr Briggs and the OIO/IOS team to get me through a difficult time. I had broke both feet in a swimming accident this past summer and needed bilateral surgery. Being non weightbearing for 6 weeks wasn't easy, but the team was there with me every "step" (pun intended) of the way. After 6 weeks in a wheelchair, I then went to walking boots for another 3 weeks and then physical therapy after that. 4 months later I am walking on both feet and 95% back to normal. I couldn't be happier, because it could have been alot worse and recovery could have been much longer... I can't say as much for a specific member of management! But better things have come from it!

My posterior tibial tendinitis surgery was a very positive experience from pre op to post op. I am currently in the recovery stage so I can’t say how successful the surgery will be until I walk again but I would highly recommend OIO and Dr. Briggs.

Dr. Briggs got me back on my feet after I clumsily rolled my foot/ankle on our patio. I delayed seeking treatment for a few days, but eventually the pain had me visiting OIO as a walk-in patient. Despite having no initial appointment I was seen very promptly. Dr. Briggs clearly explained my injury and treatment plan, which fortunately was non-surgical. I am extremely satisfied with the care I received from Dr. Briggs and the OIO staff.

I have rheumatoid arthritis and Dr. Briggs performed foot reconstruction on my right foot after having it done elsewhere on my left foot two years ago. I was extremely happy with his work, more so than with the previous surgeon in Columbus. He also has a wonderful bedside manner. A+++

Everything was great. Went in for Urgent Care with a foot problem. Waited less than 10 minutes. Doctor Briggs was great and didn't make me feel rushed. Highly recommend Dr Briggs and OIO urgent care.
