I am so happy Natalie came into my life! She fixed my hair from a previous salon I had gone to. Every visit, she gives appropriate expectations and the maintenance associated with different styles/color. She always takes time to talk me through the styling and how to keep my color lasting as long as possible. She is honest, affordable and has the best personality! I have NEVER had my hair cut and color complimented so much. Without a doubt, I am confident referring anyone to her. Even though she is just 1 person, she truly goes above and beyond for her clients. Nova too :)

I love this salon. Rainie runs an awesome salon. I've been going to Maria for about a year and a half and she is awesome! I had never done much with my feet or nails. Maria has my feet looking so good now! I get compliments all the time about how nice my feet and hands look. Will definitely continue to be a client.

The owner Natalie does a great job with nails. I mom really appreciated all the attention she gave her and she did a beautiful job.

Rainie @ Talonz is an absolute CLASS ACT!!! I had a bad experience with someone that rented space from her (and is no longer there). She reached out to me immediately to allow her to re-do the service. I'm so thankful that I took her up on it. She is an excellent technician but more importantly she is a beautiful person. Tammy Wolfe I'm confused by your review, I got you in last minute because we like to accommodate all clients when possible, we had a great conversation, gave nothing but great detail to your pedicure since you were going to your high school reunion and you wanted to look great for the event. Your polish was applied evenly and perfectly if by chance you smudged or chipped On your way home I wished you had called me back so I could fix it for you and any other issue I didn't take care of as you mentioned. i care very much about my clients and my business I would never had let you walk out the door had I known you were unhappy. You thanked me and asked for my card so you could make another appt. someone who's unhappy with a service would not have done so. I apologize if I didn't meet you standards I've been in business for over 15 years and that doesn't happen by getting complaints. It was a pleasure meeting you I hope you find a place that better suits your needs.

Oh no....cat got out....nail appointment with Maria in 30 minutes!!! I know it's gonna take awhile to get this damn cat in.....hence the name Naughty Ralph! Quick call Maria and explain why I probably will be late. She offered me a later appointment so I wouldn't stress out. Perfect, I went about tricks to luring him in...BINGO!
20 minutes later I was on my way.
Maria, and Rainey and I had a good laugh. I'm going on year 4 with Maria, she has always been very conscientious of doing a professional job, and addressing any comments I may have of the service......especially after a broken foot and having my pedi!!
I would not come all the way from West Bend if she did not meet my needs. Excellent, first class service from Maria and Rainey!!!! Beautiful salon!

Talonz Hair and Nail Studio is an awesome place, I have had Peggy color, hi light and cut my hair regularly, she does an awesome job, I get many compliments.

Best salon I've been to. The staff is very friendly and helpful with suggestions. All 3 stylists have done my haircuts and beard trims. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

I have been coming here for over 15 years and have always had excellent experience with all the girls for hair and nails. Come check them out they wont disappoint.
