Great experience, from the setting to the food we had a great time. Love what they did to the place some of the best pulled pork and smoked brisket I've ever had and you can't beat the potato wedges... Way better than fries! Can't wait to go back for brunch :-)

This restaurant is a wonderful hidden gem. The service here was helpful, pleasant,and fast. The pulled pork sandwich is an absolute must try. While the menu is a bit small what they do offer is excellent food and service. I think this will be my new favorite lunch time stop, for a long time to come.

Wow. What a great place. Very good food and drink selection. I had the Fried Chicken with zucchini fries and green beans. Incredible. The staff is super attentive and friendly. Don't miss out on this place.

Exceptional food and great service. I drove an hour each way and was not disappointed. The pizza was a new favorite at any price in any location. Wow. I’ll be back.

Excellent and very well done menu items! The food and drinks were amazing. Bartender mixed drinks with chemistry like precision! The brisket sandwich and Mac n cheese was delicious. Party of 4 satisfied with every part of the meal. The environment was very welcoming as well quaint and cute!

Pleasantly surprised! Stopped here for the 1st time yesterday an hour before their close and ordered 5 items to go. I was asked by 2 servers, 1 bartender and the chef if I had been helped. Excellent customer service. I drove 15 minutes home and the food was still pi ping hot and delicious. We ordered 2 gyros, 2 burgers and an order of the plantains. Everything was definitely above average and portion sizes were on the larger size. I was originally a little thrown off by the name - I'm not going to lie but now that we've tried it we'll be going back.

My wife and I went to this restaurant last night and it was amazing. The food is delicious, the manager and the owners are very good people. The food, I can’t say enough about the food that we had, and we plan on going back very soon. I would like to say thank you, to George and Kathy we had a very nice time. Their food is excellent! So much of it we had leftovers for lunch the next day. Bonus!
All of the staff were top notch. Very happy and will return. Highly recommended. They also have 4 areas for seating. A back. Cozy area with Fireplace. The bar area. The spacious outdoor patio. As well as a side room with more dining area.

Absolutely outstanding. Service very, very nice and food was fantastic. My daughter had a BBQ beef brisket sandwich and a half side of quinoa (rice) bowl. She loved every bite of both. I had a steak rice bowl, I ate every bite of it. We got homemade jo-jos to go for my grandson, his favorite. If anyone is looking for a quiet place for lunch or dinner, give this place a try. On the square in Burton, Ohio.

Edit: They outdid themselves this weekend! We ordered delivery on Saturday night and there was a mixup, which is understandable given that everyone is short staffed right now. They were extremely generous in making it up to us. Just know that if they make a mistake, they make it right. We are loyal customers!
Original review: Excellent experience. We've been here once before when they initially opened and we weren't nearly as impressed. This restaurant has really evolved. Wait staff is excellent. Food is phenomenal! We eat out quite a bit and I have to say, wow! I'm so glad we tried this restaurant again! The smoked sausage, biscuits, pierogies and ribs were all fantastic. The atmosphere is great. Good music, nice ambiance. My husband says the smoked sausage was the best he's ever had! The mashed potatoes are so good as is their
sauerkraut. A great experience all around.

Food today was delicious. Everything fresh and temps right on. Service was very upbeat and enjoyable, yet professional. Always a pleasure to eat here...not been disappointed yet.

Great upscale Barbecue. Good selection of appetizers. I had the stuffed grape leaves which were delicious. Also had the brisket. Instead of just dumping meat on a roll with sauce, there were crispy thin onion rings...nice touch!

We dined here Sat night and the experience was great. Our server Jessica was fantastic she was on top of everything. Food was great, the brisket sandwich with the Mac- n- cheese and I had the ahi tuna nachos that were delish. The beer and blueberry martini were perfect also. Kudos, keep up the great work through these messy times.

I was very impressed with Fat Daddy. The interior is beautiful, and the service was great. The menu was eclectic without being overwhelming, and the quality of food was amazing. Everyone at the table thoroughly enjoyed their meal.

Great beer and liquor menu as well. Would highly recommend to anyone in the area.

Great local place. Food was excellent. Dessert was pricey ($9 for a piece of cheesecake) but everything else was reasonable. We did ask for the cheese on the side of our appetizer, and they instead smothered it. It was yummy, but not great for someone with dietary restrictions. Still, we loved the place and would definitely go back! Server was very friendly too.

We had my mom's 80th birthday party here! The event coordinator, Beth, was awesome and we changed the menu slightly from what they offer and they got it spot on! Very good service and the food was awesome! Thank you to Caleb who also helped serve! The event room was just perfect and the atmosphere was great! We will be back for both and event and regular visits as we have been multiple times for regular dining and always has it been great! Thank you for making a very special day, great!

Absolute favorite restaurant of all time. My family and I are regulars, and we’ve gotten to know the staff quite well. The menu is small because anything you order, if you change nothing and get it as the chef intended it, will be absolutely fantastic. Smith’s is a high quality, amazing restaurant in an area with almost no other good options for fancy food.
Smith’s hours were reduced because of how often they do catering for weddings and receptions, which overwhelms their chef and kitchen staff and doesn’t leave enough of their freshly made food for customers at the restaurant. It’s great for business, but sad for when you want Smith’s every day all day.
