The 2 times I have been here have been pleasant and fairly quick. Front desk ladies are very sweet and funny. Doc I saw was straight forward but nice. Everyone was efficient and got the job done. I was always in and out. Very satisfied coming here.

Our family cannot say enough good things about Lima Brace and Limb. The Company is amazing!! Staff is friendly and very helpful with great bed side mannors. We have been seeing Kirk and his staff for over 5 years. Thank you for your hard work and dedication! They truly Love helping their patients.

Mr Kirk Wise, owner of Lima brace and limb, the customer support you have is appalling. Very rude and extremely unhelpful. Acting like I was bothering her and wasting her time. The woman who answered the phone hung up on me and when I called back to speak with someone in charge I was put on hold and left there. I will never recommend this business to anyone.
Like I explained to the woman on the phone we live over an hour away and to just give me an idea of you had anything that would be close in size to what was needed so it would not be a wasted trip. That is not too much to ask instead of reiterating that I just have to come in. Being kind and having appropriate customer service is important. That was not given. She acted like I was bothering her and wasting her time.

Very poor customer relations . Went in with a neighbor that was interested in a back brace. Woman vacuuming , I guess she didn’t like being interrupted. When we told her we were interested in a back brace, she rudely stated”You need a prescription!” Which was not even accurate, anyone can buy a brace over the counter, if you want insurance to pay, you need a prescription. Why not just be polite to customers ? She obviously isn’t the owner, and I doubt we’re the first she has been rude to. We turned around and walked out. .

They are nice people to deal with, but the quality and professionalism of the work is not there.

This is the first time in my life I walk into a medical oriented facility observing staff wear pajamas or have pets behind the counters.

I needed a pair of inserts for my shoes as the old ones had seen the end of their lifecycle. They didn't take a proper impression of my feet and used a scanner to get the impressions. Inserts were built based on the results.

The nightmare began shortly after I received the inserts. I felt nonstop excruciating pain in my feet shortly after I purchased the inserts. It was to the point that I would constantly twist my ankle since I wasn't able to maintain proper balance anymore.

I reused the old ones I had and went back to them. They were kind enough to offer improving the inserts. They added extra padding, and made some adjustments. However, the improvements weren't good enough. They worked fine for a few weeks until the pains returned.

I threw them in the trashcan and will see a podiatry soon. Sadly, insurance doesn't cover the new inserts, so I have to pay $500 out of pocket for some else's mistakes.

Had them make me a boot. It rubs my calf and cause it to get red and sore. Cant wear it and spent $2000 on it. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone

The lady I talked to on the phone was not helpful and was very passive aggressive.
