Herman-Taylor exceeded our expectations. My father passed over a holiday weekend. Roxanne called me the day after to ask about my father’s wishes. He did not want a viewing or funeral and asked to be cremated. Since I was traveling from Atlanta and my brother from Green Bay, it took us a couple of days to arrive in Wis. Rapids. Herman-Taylor was very patient, kind and helpful as we navigated through this process. We were treated respect and I have no doubt that our father’s remains were, as well. They never once pushed for us to purchase any additional products or services. That was greatly appreciated. I would not hesitate to recommend them to other families.

Our family has used Herman-Taylor funeral home for years. Each time we have needed their services, the staff has been most professional, and they make the process of decision making personal. Our needs have always been considered, and the same for our wishes. We had gone to them just this past week due to the passing of our mother. Dignity and respect were first and foremost considered in our grief. I wish I could give 10 stars for going above and beyond our expectations.

Herman-Taylor is the best!! I can't express how much they all helped my family and myself throughout the years! When my dad David Linzmeier and then my grandfather Donald Berkholtz, SR passed away they were by our side step by step. The special memorials for Christmas they hold as well, is amazing! Thank you all so much for being part of my family and being every step of the way!!

I made the arrangements for my husband. husband Peter 9 years ago. Justin Herman & staff were wonderful to work with. No one is perfect all the time but as caring & professional goes, myself & our family feel they were very, very close to perfect for our needs.

Justin and Roxanne and their team walked us through every step of my Mom's funeral. Wonderful service for my Mom. Luncheon afterwards at the Funeral Home. Helped in cemetery choice at Pioneer on 48th Street and Townline Road

Losing our dad after a fight with cancer was awful, but we were so fortunate to have the staff at Herman-Taylor to help us with funeral arrangements. They took a lot of worry off of us. Professional AND friendly. We couldn't have been more pleased.
