I was unsure how to file a summons response for a civil case and the resource center staff were extremely helpful. I was told on the phone what they could help with, but I was genuinely surprised at how much help they were. They went above and beyond my expectations. This is one of the functions of government that is extremely helpful to have and I’m glad I know that this exists now.

Very surprised at the level of professionalism and attention to detail. Jury duty was an unexpected great experience. To see the court system in action, not on television, was enlightening. I recommend the investment of time in the experience. Well worth it.

I call pretty frequently for assistance and always get help. All members of the clerk staff have been friendly.

First 4 sheriff's I talked to over the past 2 days waiting for my friend to get released they were disrespectful ignorant and not informative treated me as if I were inquiring about a jokeing matter not someones freedom they were granted by judge they told me they don't have anything to do with corrections part of things yet they knew about the "group " my friend would be released with later on now NIGHT SHIFT YESTERDAY AROUND 11PM and morning at 8:30 today front desk for both you guys 5 stars directions very informative respectful and helpful to the task at handevem walked me to where I needed to be thanks to you for treating me like a human as it should be. Best for last though BETSEY was very helpful made 2 callsSO I DIDNT NEED TO she shaved hours of back and fourth trips accomplishing little to nothing even just because she's a good vibrant amazing worker that gives a few moments of time to do what needed done I had bad

I was told I have a bond in order to straighten an old warrant from 10yrs being out of state the bond project did some digging and saw that I had a personal the lady at the counter wasn’t rude but she was not good looking into it she kept going to the back and everything I had to return and tell them the first lady gave wrong information

If I could give them zero stars I would. Lazy employees, website constantly down and when it is working it is slow.

I would not recommend the Civil Division for civil marriage ceremonies. After emailing my complaint and attempting to determine how to schedule my desired ceremony date, I received a response that my email had been forwarded to the Director and Assistant Director of the civil division, but I never received a response back regarding the complaint or the scheduling inquiry. I would recommend going to a municipal court that serves your city of residence, or contacting your local mayor to determine if they would be available to officiate the ceremony. My ceremony was conducted by my city’s mayor. Otherwise, I would have had to resort to picking a different date and likely having to apply/pay for another marriage license.
