Cleveland's own custom contracting

Did a total tear down and rebuild of my deck. Price was reasonable, work was fantastic. The group was easy to talk with and helped me work through my idea for the build.

I usually don’t leave reviews as I should but Steven went above and beyond so I feel it’s only right.. when I say his work speaks for itself I mean it, he was very thorough and very professional. Steve ended up running into a minor problem with something that wasn’t seen when he had done the estimate because it was underneath the deck but he gave me several ways that he could fix park around it for around the same price as initial estimate. The deck looks amazing and I will be using him again forsure!

They fixed my porch quickly for a reasonable price, and worked with me to come up with a plan that aligned with what I wanted. I would definitely hire them again!

They were thorough in their initial assessment, and the work was done quickly and efficiently. Even on relatively short notice, they made the time to come out to get ahead of the weather. They were up front about cost/payment and never tried to over charge or up-sell. And the work was solid; they did it right, and they did it right the first time. I absolutely will be calling them again the next time I need work done.

Steven was amazing to work with, it has been very difficult recently to find anyone to do any work and to actually show up. He showed up every single time, on time, and was great with communication. We needed to have someone correct someone else's mistake and Steven fixed it properly. We had a new door installed and the contractor before just left without the door closing properly, locking and even left huge gaps to the inside of our house, in the dead of winter. Steven came out right away to look at the situation and knew it was a top priority not only because of the weather but because of our safety too and scheduled us right away and fixed everything to our satisfaction. We will definitely be utilizing Cleveland's Own Custom Contracting in the near future for more projects at our home.

Steve and his team are awesome had my porch done right and done in two days, and my wife says thank you to Steve and the team who stop what they we're doing and help her carry the grocery in the house. Very respectful and answer every questions I had. I would use Steve and the team again. Hector.

Steven did some great work rebuilding my rental’s front porch and stairs. He also did a great job replacing my kitchen sink, counter and drain. I will use him again.

Steve and his team recently put up a deck at my place it was an upper and lower deck complete with a canopy it turned out amazing and built so fast I was impressed at the great job they did in so little time now I'm ready for the summer parties. Thanks to the great job and awesome speed of Cleveland's own custom contractors. Ps I'm very happy right now....Yeah!

Steve framed and finished some walls for us in our house, along with repairing the surrounding walls. They looked perfect and made our new dining room feel so much more extravagant! Will be using him for the rest of our projects from now on!

I needed an access hole cut in my basement ceiling so I could have a pipe replaced. These guys came out the same day, were super nice and finished the job very quickly. I would most definitely use them again.

Steve and his crew did an amazing job cleaning around the house, pruining, edging, removing old trees, planting new shrubs, and building a stacked rock retaining wall around the flower bed. They gave a new look to my house. He was very responsive and pleasant.

Steve answered my post looking for someone to clean up a tree that had been cut down and all of the debris in our yard. He answered right away and was here within a few hours. He did the job quickly and it was done better than I had hoped. I will be calling them for more work in the future.
