Ma & Pa's Cabin & Sleigh Rides

The best winter Wonderland in Ohio! The charm is real, right from the start. We saw a hearty, welcoming outdoor fire with sanitary individually wrapped marshmallows and Frank Sinatra spotify playlist upon arrival. It set the tone. Friendly, welcoming Ma and staff. Adorable gift shop with every cozy gift imaginable. Hot chocolate, maple coffee, and cookies for free. We loved the docile, beautiful Percheron horses and the carriage tour on the snowy trails. We can't wait to book a night sleigh ride, with lanterns all throughout the trail in the woods. Friendly driver wore a mask and offered to take our pictures. Make sure you subscribe to the email list so you know when rides are available, they go quick! We can't wait to come back!!!

This place is beyond amazing! I called first to ask a million questions as I had never bought a real Christmas tree before. The lady on the phone was so patient and kind with me. I didn’t feel rushed off the phone like so many other places. So we decided just from that we needed to come in and check the place out. So glad we did! Their trees are in great health. We bought 2 live trees and one cut down. The cut down tree has lasted over a month and still looks and smells great! We will be coming back next year for sure.

It was a great experience .I took my parents who are in their 80's and always wanted to do this . Everyone was so nice allowed us to meet the beautiful horses . My dad rode with the driver and spent his time reminiscing about when he was little and his dad worked the ground up with his work horse . Special thanks for listening so patiently 💖 .

What a gem hiding in Geauga County! Love shopping here for gifts for family (and myself!). Unique items you won't find anywhere else. Local items and fantastic, helpful owners. I look forward to every visit!

This is by far the cutest store I have ever been to!! They have so many things from local artisans. The owner is one of the nicest people I have ever meet. The have a dogs named Woody and Magnum that are the store greeters!! They also have sleigh rides in the winter, hay rides in the warmer months and they do a maple syrup thing in the spring. The owner makes homemade goat milk soaps and lotions! I highly recommend them!! This is a destination everyone should go check out. You won't be disappointed!!

We had a simply wonderful time. Empty nesters enjoying a day out in the sun. I even did the zip line. Lol Hubby bought me a candle and some maple tea in a cute wooden box. Recommend!

Wonderful place. Kept saying we wanted to stop in and we finally did. Well worth it. Amazing staff. Very friendly! How can you go wrong with wood burning fireplace, sleeping dog, coffee and cookies on a cold Saturday afternoon? Unique gift items which we purchased a few of-bourbon maple syrup was a favorite! Even went back and bought our balled christmas tree from them. We got a Norwegian fir and it was very reasonably priced. Tree has done very well and happy to say, it is thriving!

This place is the best. Harry was our carriage driver and he was such a nice guy. I really enjoyed the inside store too. The staff is so friendly! 10/10 love this place

Awesome place, have alot there and everyone is so friendly and make sure you are taken care of. The sleigh ride was so magical for me and my granddaughter, those make cherished memories. The horses are beautiful and do a great job pulling everyone through the woods and down the trail. I highly recommend visiting Ma and Pa's. We have been getting our Christmas tree here for the last 5 years. Trees are beautiful. Very nice gift shop as well. I love goving my money to people instead of a company!

We live an hour away and turn it into a day trip. The gift shop always has something new to offer. The hay rides are a nice change of pace and tickets usually get you some maple cookies and cider. Shop small 👍

SO MUCH FUN! Very inexpensive activities for kids. In fall, the hay wagon rides (pulled by real horses!) are very inexpensive & so much fun-followed by hot cider & cookies in the cabin. We brought home cornstalks & pumpkins (also very reasonably priced). They always have a free craft for the kids, along with a play area & some animals, including Woody their dog. We are planning on going every year now.

Great little place to visit and experience. The shop has alot of local items and warm fuzzy things. The horse carriage and sleigh are incredibly well kept. I will be making a trip back to do the sleigh when the snow finally comes!

Love Ma and Pa's ! Lots of USA made products. They have so much - candles, locally made natural soaps and lotions, clothes, lots of neat rustic items, including furniture, birdhouses - really cool gourd ones made by Ma, the best maple syrup made by Pa, popcorn (lots of different kinds), locally made food products, jewelry, purses and accessories - I always find something I "need" - and, much h much more !! The owners are very friendly and helpful and if you are lucky, their dog, Woody, will greet you at the door !

Oh, do go on a sleigh ride. It was amazing. It snowed the whole time but we were warm under the big blanket. The gift shop has some unique items. We will return.
