April, the manager always helps me choose a new pair of eyeglasses, and if I have issues with my eyesight, Dr. Levay-Young listens carefully and has great solutions. I will always come here for my eye tests and new glasses, great customer care!!

Every time I walk into Target on Kossow Rd, I feel like I'm at home. Maybe because It is my second home. I don't live in the area and travel to this particular one always. Everyone is so nice and very helpful. Even if I'm just doing a drive up, the team members are quick and efficient. Today I bought food for the first time online. I love how the team takes precautions with refrigerator foods that are purchased on line. Thanks Target!

Excellent customer service. The store manager, Mo, is always ready to help when the check out lanes get busy. Friendly daytime cashiers who go above and beyond! Especially Sophia, always smiling. :) Won’t shop at any other Target!

Employees here in front end are extremely helpful. I am a regular at this location met 2 seasonal employees today I hope they keep them, ladies are so wonderful and extremely fast at check out. Bagged my items correct too. Love the Christmas decor available at this location, seems to have many options here.

Target is by far my favorite general merchandise retail store. The store is well stocked and clean. It's easy to get in and out and the register lines move fairly quickly. I also appreciate the organics, the healthy and clean products (less toxic ingredients) and healthy food options.

Today I received exceptional service from 3 of your store employees... they were Sandi, Sam (I think that is his name... he was re-stocking Christmas lights around 9:45am), and Pam up at the self check-out. Seriously incredible service by all three of them! Thank you!

April in Optical was very helpful. Brought in a pair of glasses that were broken, and even though they were bought elsewhere she fixed them for me, no charge!

I was considering sheets from crane and canopy @$179 for king. I ordered a set from your Magnolia line to compare. So many smart things- packaging is the same as sheets so I could feel the product. The corners have horizontal stitching for better fit. The sheets are king- others scrimp on fabric, I assume it saves money

Love Target! Always have what you're looking for. Clean. Helpful friendly service. Still do not like the newest set up of the health and beauty. Not customer friendly to quick find what you are looking for.

Pickup, Convenience, limit exposure to public. However, the gal who came to my car looked at my order and put it in the trunk. I was on the phone trying to reach them when she came up to the car. I looked at my hubby and said HUH, I never talked to anyone I had better check my order. Yup, it was not mine but a car three spaces away. I had to go in the store and get my order. I guess you need to check thins out before you leave.

Most of the customer service people are so helpful and professional there is only one woman with short white hair who broke her foot or something around last Christmas. She is horrible to everyone including teens, older people, with disabilities, moms everyone. A horrible rude mean person
