Dr. Bieber is wonderful. She is amazing with my puppy, Chappo. The entire office is so caring and knowledgeable!!

I started seeing Dr. Bieber on the recommendation of a friend. For the past year and a half I’ve been taking my two cats and 3lb Yorkie to see Dr. Bieber for routine services. She has been great and the staff has been very friendly! Recently I had an emergency with one of my cats. Dr. Bieber was able to get me in swiftly and quickly diagnosed the problem. What I really appreciated about Dr. Beaver is her reasonableness that seems to be characteristic of her practice. Which I highly value in a world where veterinarian services can be so extreme.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Bieber and the staff at Cricket Ridge. They have always been so kind and helpful and genuinely care for your animals. I tried another vet because it was closer to where I moved and quickly realized that Cricket Ridge was the only choice no matter how far away.

This animal hospital is fantastic. The front receptionist and the veterinarian assistants are so friendly and sweet, and make us feel like we are family. Dr. Bieber is intuitive, knowledgeable, engaging, and truly cares about the pets who she sees.

I started taking my dogs to Dr. Bieber a couple of months ago. Thank God I did. My dog wound up in the ER last week and they diagnosed him with cancer. I took him to Cricket Ridge a couple days later and Dr. Bieber didn't just take their word for it. In fact, she seriously questioned their diagnosis. She suspected a severe respiratory disease and treated him as such. It's only been a week, but we are seeing significant improvement. She kept in touch with me, even over Christmas weekend on email. She answered my questions and researched any info that I found. She didn't dismiss me nor did she ignore me. I am honestly so happy I switched to her practice.

I feel like they actually care about animals and don't just see $$$ walking in the door. She is obviously a curious troubleshooter and wanted to solve the mystery of my dog's illness; not just to benefit him, but also to benefit every other dog that walks in her door. She takes her time and puts forth more effort than I have seen from a vet in years. She could have just rubber-stamped him and gone along with the ER diagnosis and I would have been none the wiser. Instead, she thinks for herself and trusts her instincts. In the short time I have been with her office, she has gained my trust as well. I know that had I not switched to Dr. Bieber's practice, this story would have a taken a very different path.

We brought our rescued kitten, from under a dumpster at work, and brought her - Sophia aka Miss Fancy Pants - to Cricket Ridge because of the awesome reviews. So happy I did. Everyone working there is really great, kind and professional. Great service and I have already booked the next appointment.

Dr Bieber has been my dog Fazio's vet since I first got him. So good, I stuck with her even when she moved her practice much farther away. Everyone there is so good toy furbaby!

They took great care of our cat that had an abscess by her tail. I think they even treated her better than we do. I love the cat but conditionally just like the cat loves me. At Cricket Ridge, their love for my cat wasn’t conditional. Does that make them better than me? I think maybe it does. Congrats you guys for winning!

Was my first time last wk and lived it there everyone was super nice place was very clean. Winston loved the attention see you all soon .

Our family was adopted by a 9 month old mutt. There was nothing special about his appearance. Soon enough all of us formed a bond that only pet owners know about. I especially enjoyed being around him so it was particularly painful when I was told that he had cancer.

Dr. Bieber's care for both our family and of our dog was as graceful as it was dignified. As anyone who cares for any animal knows that one day we will have to part. Dr. Bieber made our separation less painful and for that we are deeply grateful.

My sister went to Dr. Bieber years ago with her 3 dogs, so when I adopted my first pup I brought him there as well. I can’t put into words how much I appreciate her and the staff at Cricket Ridge. They are incredibly kind, caring, knowledgeable and responsive. Through the 7.5 years that I’ve had Cooper, Dr. Bieber has helped me figure everything out from his food allergies to stomach issues and now is helping me through one of the toughest things we’ve ever gone through, cancer. The relief I feel when Dr. Bieber takes the time to fully explains things, is immeasurable. I always ask a million questions, and I never feel rushed. I am extremely lucky to have such wonderful support from everyone at Cricket Ridge Animal Hospital.

Dr. Bieber and the entire staff are absolutely amazing! They loved our Lily so much and went above and beyond to care for her. They hold a place in our heart forever! Thank you guys for being so amazing! I can't say enough good things about Cricket Ridge!

I recently took my 11 year old English Bulldog (an established patient with this vet) and my new 3 month old Pug to Cricket Ridge Animal Hospital in Newbury for a wellness visit and scheduled vaccinations. First of all, the new facility is beautiful. There is plenty of parking, the lobby and exam rooms are spacious and were kept extremely clean. Dr. Lori Bieber and her staff (Kristin, Jessica and Morgan) couldn't have been nicer. Dr. Bieber is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about caring for animals. It is evident in her calm and patient demeanor as she was willing to answer all of our questions/concerns. From check-in to check-out, the entire appointment was enjoyable and I would highly recommend this vet to anyone in Auburn, Bainbridge, Burton, Chardon, Chagrin Falls, South Russell, Chester, Claridon, Middlefield, Munson, Newbury, and the surrounding areas.

I just got my first two kittens, had a little bit of a scare with one of them. Luckily cricket ridge was able to get me in right away and both my kittens are doing incredible now. Thank you for that cricket ridge!

Had our Jack Russell at Cricket Ridge yesterday for his yearly senior check. Staff always friendly, patient, and kind. Dr. Bieber is wonderful. Highly recommend

Cricket Ridge Animal Hospital is really a terrific place. Everyone is friendly and Dr. Bieber is so good about answering questions. Everyone there is part of the team and it shows. I'm very fortunate to have a place this great so close to home.

My buddy reject was an acting right so I brought him there it's right down the road from my house reject is a feline by the way in any event Dr Bieber was very helpful and very caring as it turns out he wasn't as sick as I thought he was he's just a lot older than I thought he was so we have to give him some medicine just make him comfortable for the rest of his life which hopefully will be a lot longer but probably not in any event it will be late to rest in my pet summary with all my other former friends also with the security glitch at my workplace with my direct deposit as a result my check was return for NSF and my bank is going to soon be my former bank didn't honor my overdraft protection Dr Bieber and her staff were very understanding I recommend the facility hands down oh also very strict guidelines for the pandemic call there and I'll explain I've been long enough LOL take your friends there also you won't be sorry

Very glad we found this place. Dr Bieber and her staff are wonderful at making a nervous dog feel more at ease.

Love dr Bieber. She saw our bulldog today to update his rabies vaccine and look at the cyst on his paw. Also gave us a prescription so we can get nexgaurd for him from chewy. Great pricing too! We will be switching all our animals over to cricket ridge
