Although my wife and I are new to the group (~1.5 years), the Commercial Academy has opened our eyes to our unlimited potential. We continuously learn within the training events and have experienced the power of collaboration afforded by the members. The breadth of experience and knowledge is astounding. We have partnered in several opportunities and made many life long teammates and friends.

Scott has assembled an amazing team and program to help you on your commercial real estate journey. The tools and the education are fantastic, but what I have gotten most mileage out of is the connections to other investors, the knowledge they so freely give, and access to many different types of deals. Not to mention some great friendships that I've developed. The commercial academy has become a big part of my life. Highly recommended!

Commercial Academy is the best source of commercial real estate knowledge from beginner to advanced experience. You will not find more of the broad depth of information from anywhere else like what this organization provides. My partner Brandon and I first attended The Commercial Academy one short year ago (May 2021) in Las Vegas at the urging of a long time friend, who has been a member for many years. There are times when 5 stars is so woefully inadequate that feels wrong to say 5 stars! Scott and his team provide so much more than that!!! There is zero question that we are in the midst of an absolute train wreck and the issues around the corner in the stock markets or gold/silver or even simply consumer confidence are a very real concern. However, this also the time of massive opportunity, and there isn't a better place to get prepared than to share time with Scott and the family he has created! From the introductory lectures to the incredible tools he shares in the three days of the Commercial Academy courses, we are given a gift of knowledge. More than anything, this illustrates that 'knowledge is power', but it goes beyond that! From the top down, there is a support network to ensure that you have the opportunity to create something great! Starting with Scott taking a personal interest in his attendees and extending thru his team and out to the entire network of like-minded commercial investors, there is more support and opportunity than you could imagine! I joined Commercial Acadamy approximately 1 1/2 years ago and could not be more grateful. I have a long running background in the residential rental and Flip space and for several years I could not manage to turn the corner to becoming a commercial real estate investor. One of the most solid, comprehensive and creative programs out there!! I have taken the course many many times and there is still so much to learn and each time I bring home something valuable! I have been involved with the Commercial Academy for the last 6 months after attending one of Scott Scheels presentations in Austin. My wife and I came into this with very little real estate experience, so the initial presentation was extremely eye-opening, and the education and amount of learning I have done in the last 6 months is far more than I could have possibly anticipated. Our involvement with this group has opened up avenues of investing in real estate we never even knew existed, and the coaching has not only helped us recognize good opportunities, but just as importantly, it has helped us to avoid a couple potentially disastrous pitfalls. My advice for anybody thinking of getting involved with the Commercial Academy is to definitely spend the money and take the time to attend one of Scott's educational seminars and go from there. One word of caution is that, as with anything, you get out what you put in. You do need to be ready to do some work, follow the program, do the education, research opportunities, etc. It doesn’t “Just happen”. Having said that, if you are seriously ready to make a change for the better, do it! You will not be sorry. One of the best investments we have ever made.

My wife and I have been residential Real Estate Investors since the early 2000’s. We were mentored by the great Robert Kiyosaki and the Rich Dad Companies. Our success in the Residential Arena was due primarily in our attitude towards learning and our willingness to be coached.
