I had a very good experience at Vision Source.
I spoke with Marlena who was very kind and helpful. They had a nice selection of frames and very affordable pricing.
I explained I was at the beginning of my search for new eyeglasses. And even though I wasn't purchasing on the spot, I was still treated with great care and courtesy.
I would highly recommend this provider.

Very friendly and professional atmosphere. We feel we received a very thorough exam for both contacts and glasses appts. Optical dept tech was very patient and helpful in picking out my glasses. Highly recommend this place !!!

Amazing place to go for all eye care needs!!! The staff is just as amazing as the doctor is! They got my eyes checked out and helped me pick frames in under an hour, frames were ready after 1.5 weeks which was less time then they initially said, frames were a perfect fit and everyone was super excited for me because I can see now!

Upon my arrival at the Cleveland vision center, I was treated with the utmost respect. They answered all My questions and my Concerns. They even gave me the proper paperwork that I needed Concerning my health, I would definitely recommend them to all my family and friends.

Marlena was amazing! She helped me pick out the perfect frames, and that's not easy for me since I have a very difficult prescription and sensitive eyes. Marlena has the same issues I have had since childhood, therefore, her helpfulness and sensitivity to my needs was priceless!

The office staff was very professional, very nice and accommodating to my needs and concerns. Location is very close to my home. I just learned about them today called in and they got me in right away which was very much appreciated!!

All of the ladies are welcoming and pleasant. I couldn't ask for better service and information they had provided when I asked them several questions. I encourage new patients to give them a chance to help you find the right for you.

Fast servicing. Was taken with in 5 minutes for eye exam and a few minutes later for the Doctor to make adjustments to my prescription. Staff helped me pick frames and set me up with all the bells and whistles my insurance allowed and was out the door. Total time was about an half an hour. Staff and doctor were all pleasant to deal with.

Excellent service quick and efficient. Little bit costly for having insurance but I guess your site is very much worth it. Thank you Crystal. This girl knows her stuff.

I’ve been coming here for many years. Even though the staff has changed, the friendly environment has stayed the same. Everyone here is always so kind. If there’s ever a situation you don’t understand, they’ll explain for you. I will say, sometimes there’s a bit of a wait but nothing too extreme. Thank you all for your kindness!

Very pleasant, professional and courteous staff (over the phone and in person!), clean and modern interior offices and waiting area. Including a host of reasonably $$ and attractive, top designer options and add on features, if you like. I really appreciate new patient apptmts weren't so far booked out AND that they do accept most insurance vision plans as well!! CVC@ Brookpark Rd., Cleveland, OH. is like finding a hidden gem! I am sure when others in search of vision care/exam and or new prescription eyewear-- they will or should definitely give Cleveland Vision Care a call!! Worth the drive!
In addition, if no issues-- prescription could be ready for pickup in less than the typical 10 days!! Yes, this a recommendation, from a very satisfied patient/consumer 🤓5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The lady at the front desk wearing glasses who checks in everyone is always so sweet, I look forward to coming to appointments because she’s always so welcoming and very kind, everyone at this location are always so pleasant and kind and I appreciate every single one of them! Super nice staff, like seriously everyone is so nice!! Quick and organized, was in and out in a reasonable amount of time, paperwork was easy to do online too.

The receptionist has been there for as long as I've been going and she is amazing very sweet ladie.
Sometimes they hire new people but they are always great!
