I had my mustang brought there for repairs from a collision I was in. The insurance was a huge hassle but once Beckstrom got the approval they were on it and getting parts ordered and work done asap. They gave me constant updates throughout the process and overall would say they have given the best service any shop has provided and have earned my permanent business if I ever have to go through any unlucky situations like this again. Marshal sealed the deal and is a great guy and a great businessman! If you are looking for a shop to get good work done with good service these are the guys you’re gonna wanna go with!

trynity and roy were so helpful during the whole process! they have been communicating very well over the phone keeping me updated! they did a wonderful amazing job on my new bumper and for good price!!! definitely coming back for a paint job!!

Had a little fender bender but this car is my baby. Since my car was clearly drivable I waited til my parts was in then dropped it off, the same day they got me in they got my car finished. Everyone I worked with was very friendly and professional.

Got rear ended in my relatively new Tacoma last Tuesday. The following day I went to three different auto body shops to get quotes. This place (specifically Roy. M) was thee only one to actually get on the ground and look at the bumper and damage from the underside of the truck. As well as, they were the only one not trying to milk the system and beefen up the quote replacing things that weren’t damaged at all. I decided to go with them and honestly couldn’t be more happier and am thoroughly impressed.

Not only did I have constant communication (from Roy) throughout the whole experience (parts being ordered, drop off/pick up times, unforeseen damages, unnecessary parts that I wouldn’t be charged for) but the work was done in a timely manner (less than a full day) and they vacuumed/cleaned my driver and passenger matt’s and washed my car. The most important thing tho was that my truck’s bumper looks like nothing ever happened to it. The other things were just the icing and cherry on top.

I’ll be honest, before this I have always been skeptical of auto body repair shops but after this experience if I happen to get in another crash there is no need to even go elsewhere for more quotes. My first and only stop will be this one!

They have a quote on the wall in their office that says something like “We take an unfortunate experience and turn it into a lifelong friendship.” And that honestly about sums up my whole experience with them.

They were really exceptional to work with and helped me beyond just doing good work on making my car look like new. I really appreciated how they helped me connect with people who could help me in every way after my accident since it proved to be a unique case. They are willing to go the extra mile to “turn an accident into a friendship” as it says in their shop.

"First class in customer service" is more than a logo, it's an understatement for this business. Every interaction I had from the front desk to Mason and Marshal was exceptional. They even stayed after hours to fix something they didn't even bill me for. I wouldn't hesitate to bring my car here again. Respect.

Beckstrom Bodyshop was wonderful to work with. I literally just dropped my car off and they took care of everything else. They even kept me posted with regular communication about the progress of my car. Getting in a car accident is never a good experience, but if it ever happens again, I would always take it back to Beckstrom Bodyshop.

I was in an accident middle of January and they took their time and really did a good job on fixing my car.
I did have an issue with my car afterwards and I brought it in and they immediately got to work on it and they really went above and beyond for me which I appreciate but by no means did I expect. The customer service here is unmatched.
I have always felt very intimidated when it comes to car issues and never did I feel like that by coming here or talking to any of the workers. They kept me updated the whole time as well which I loved. Seriously some of the nicest people work here.

I went into Beckstroms to see if they could buff out my headlights and when I walked in, Mason greeted me so nicely and he helped me out a ton! They do a fabulous job with my car. They put it back to the way it was when it was new. They also did not charge for work that was not needed! I will use them in the future!

Ended up hitting some debris on i-15 cracked my bumper chipped my splitter took out my condenser which ultimately killed my A/C.
I decided to go with these guys because one i deliver parts to them & 2 i trust them ive seen their work on a daily basis & i must say i was very pleased with their work roy was amazing getting me setup up & in and the the lady at the front desk was great to work with kept me in the loop during the repair process. Long story short these guys were great to work with & did a fantastic job Highly reccomend for anyone in davis county ogden area 💯

They did an excellent job on my rav4 2022 , change the rear bumper and new rear fender , fixing all the inside clips , I highly recommend this body shop !!
