If someone asked me what is the best customer service experience I have ever had… Jennifer’s Scheler’s agency would be it! Her and her staff are so friendly, caring, and prompt. Jennifer went above and beyond for all of my insurance needs, especially when an employer had some challenging coverage requests. Jennifer always demonstrated patience with me, and showed genuine desire to offer me the best coverage at an affordable rate. Her office manager Nicola, communicated needs accordingly and accurately when Jennifer was unavailable. I am sad to be losing coverage and relationship due to out of state move. We will definitely be back should the future ever include our move back to the area. May God bless this woman, her team, and this business!

The term “you get what you pay for” definitely holds true when it comes to insurance. There may be other insurance providers that are slightly less than AmFam though, I have yet to find one. Take it from my experience, it is NOT worth it. We bought our first home in 2020, only to have the home go through the first major hailstorm in our area in 20 years. Figures, right? Jennifer Scheler and her team were incredible. I know it sounds cliche but we really felt like we were her only customers at the time.

Even though I filed a claim later than my other neighbors, she had us scheduled with an adjuster more quickly than my neighbors did with competing insurance companies. Mind you, this was during a storm that was declared a state emergency, where thousands of homes were filing claims at the same time. Trevor our adjuster went to bat for us and fought to get us every penny he could to pay for the damages. Trevor, Jennifer, and her team were always available when I needed questions answered. Being a first time home buyer, Jennifer was patient, and informative. She was able to set me up with a few contractors to do the work on our house. A true one stop shop!

I learned a lot about insurance and coverage policies while I was going through the process. All the advice she gave when we bought the policy held true when we had to file a claim. No gimmick policies and money-making schemes. Every policy she advised us to get was actually useful for when we had to file a claim.

I have heard the nightmare stories that my neighbors had to go through with competing insurance companies. They were all jealous that I had an insurance claim, and the repair scheduled before they did (kudos to 4 Brothers Contracting). I’m telling you, there is nothing as invaluable as an insurance agent that feels like family. Jennifer, you have life-long customer!
