Theresa's Bakery

My husband and I stopped by the market today on a day trip to Cleveland and got a tiramisu cake and an oreo cheesecake. Upon biting into the cheesecake, my husband goes, "if I were Buddhist, I'd be reaching nirvana right now." Needless to say, it was fantastic.

You might expect the best cannoli to be made in Little Italy (where I live). You would be wrong!
The best cannoli are found at Theresa's Bakery in the West Side Market. My favorites are the Pistachio variety. The cannoli filling at Theresa's is heavenly. The bakery has many other tempting creations. I must try some but I am so taken with the aforementioned Pistachio cannoli that it is hard to diversify.
They have an ongoing special of four cannoli for the price of three.

So many beautiful desserts it was hard to choose one... So we bought 3 and a macaroon. Kind and patient service. I like to pick up cake pops for the kids while we're here as well.

Visited the West Side Market yesterday and purchased a Triple Berry Pie. I couldn't believe how heavy the pie was when the young lady handed to me. It was absolutely outstanding and I plan to return to buy more. Definitely the best pie I've ate in a long time and so darn fresh too!

We tried the Red Velvet cake roll and it was out of this world! We also got a peanut butter brownie and it was unbelievable! I wish we'd picked up more goodies, can't wait to go back and try more!!

Everything is always almoat 2 beautiful to eat! The cannolis are amazing! I can vouch for the english toffee, pistachio, english toffee, choclate raspberry, strawberry, raspberry and unicorn! All amazing!!

Amazing cannoli's and macron's. Definitely will be back!

Theresa was so personable, helpful, and made us feel like we were getting baked goods from a loved one. Not to mention, the chocolate chip cannoli! Delish! We will definitely be back!

Went to westside market this weekend and have a strawberry shortcake, and a chocolate pie and both were absolutely delicious will def be going back

I love this place ! My kids love all the deserts! They have the best cannolis in town♡♡ I refuse to get my desserts from anywhere else even holidays we order all our deserts from Teresa's Bakery!! all the employees are very nice and always give me what I want very patient! If you have not tried this place you must try it ♡♡♡ Amazing work ! ! Visiting friends and we went to the market. The lady was very nice and packaged up some cannolis for a plane trip back to the west coast. Never had cannolis before so nothing to compare them to, but they were delicious to me.
I will be coming back later in the year and will be getting more.

I always love the texture of macarons how they're crispy but soft but I always thought they were too sweetUntil I tried Teresa's macarons they are AMAZING FRESH SUPER SOFT BUT YET HAVE A CRISP ON OUTSIDE...I prefer the cheese cake and red velvet macarons bc they aren't super sweet they are so addictive...I have had other things from there but macroons I'm addicted to!

Ordered through delivery app for my mother for her bday since I am far. They went out of their way to decorate the box and even put in a candle! They are great with customer service.

Amazing family owned and locally operated baked goodies. Love all the homemade treats you offer.

I get a different desert every time. Never disappointed

Was here recently and the service was phenomenal.Macarons were delicious but I go here for the cannolis! They’re my dads favorite.
