I cannot say enough good things about Pottery Barn and the Pinecrest location. Recently moved back to OH and needed to update our home’s interior. Worked with Gayle Hitchcock, their designer, who came to our home and designed a plan for our entire first floor. She helped me get everything ordered. The quality of all the items, from the furniture to lighting to the rugs and all the decor is truly excellent. Everyone who comes over is blown away by the stunning transformation. You get what you pay for and with Pottery Barn you indeed get your money’s worth. This location has the best customer service also. I couldn’t be more pleased with my entire experience.

Customer service is always top notch. I just had conversation with Josh regarding an item I ordered on-line. The wrong color was shipped by BP's vendor. Josh handled this seamlessly. In the future, I'll just run my purchases through Josh rather than the POTTERY BARN website.

In a time where almost every home is exclusively furnished by Amazon, that is to say ridiculously cheap, chincy, Chinese garbage. It's so nice to have a store like Pottery Barn still in business. I've been buying from them from more years than I can remember, no, I don't furnish my entire house there or front gate. But some purchases should be made with the best quality in mind. A comforter, for example, is an excellent example. You can buy the garbage on Amazon if you'd like, but if you try one of the goose down comforter sold the pottery Barn. You'll be on here raving about how wonderful the store is. There's so much in there, it's impossible to review the whole place. Check it out, there's one in Pinecrest and you really will love the quality of the store
