Spitzer Honda Euclid

Car went in for oil change and interior detailing. Easy early morning check in. Called later in the day when vehicle was ready. Denise Vinson gave me run down on the work and gave a heads up that a future mileage check and replace visit will be costly so she wanted me to be prepared for the work and expenses. The work was meticulous and the inside looked like a new vehicle at 97,000 miles. Great job to Denise and the Honda team at Spitzer

This is my 4th Honda lease, second from Spitzer. Like most people, I always dread going to a dealership and spending countless hours waiting. I cannot say enough great things about how easy they made this process for me!! ! Craig was absolutely wonderful!!! Not pushy, so helpful and so genuine. Very happy with my new car and glad that I returned to Spitzer!

Craig Manning was very nice and treated us as we would expect. We were not pressured and we were able to leave without any issues. We were so pleased that we came back a couple hours later and received the same treatment without pressure. The whole experience was great.

I'm currently in Texas and had to get work done in the Cleveland area. I had my vehicle towed from my Ohio residence and Denise took over from there. She was able to get my vehicle analyzed quickly and effectively. She called me with the diagnosis and had my vehicle up and running in no time. She also arranged for a shuttle service to pick up my family member to go pick up the vehicle. Once she took over I never had to worry about a thing. Thank you Denise!

I bought my 2023 Civic SI here and keep it dealer maintained at this location. The only reason I wanted to write this review is because of the service manager I work with Phil. Phillip Kwon is an outstanding member of the Honda team. He is easy to work with and makes me feel like I’m the only person he is serving. I highly recommend this location for service and recommend working with Phillip. @honda, give this man a raise!

We recently began our search for a new CR-V and visited a lot of dealerships. We were lucky to end our search at Spitzer and get to work with Nick Hall. He was amazing throughout the entire process. Highly recommend Nick and the Spitzer family. We left with a new vehicle and felt like part of a family. We will definitely keep going back for any future vehicles and I highly recommend anyone looking for a new car should too.

Nothing like the dealership that once operated out of the store. In general Spitzer Honda was enjoyable to work with. In particular James Harris was terrific. Will be back as soon as we need another vehicle.

Jeremy took great care of me when I needed to lease a vehicle for my daughter. I don't like dealerships but I was in and out. Jeremy made me feel welcome and answered all my questions. I can't complain. My daughter ended up with a beautiful car, exactly the color and style she wanted.

While there are other Honda dealerships in the area, I choose to go out of my way to have our CR-V serviced by Spitzer Honda. I have not been able to find a better deal on oil/filter changes than that which I receive from Spitzer Honda.
